達明一派用演唱會形式完整唱出他們的專輯的消息已經傳出了一陣子，等到2020年，他們終於搞《Replay》，重玩1989年的【意難平】以及1990年的【神經】兩張唱片。剛好是【神經】的三十週年，剛好香港的抗爭運動與局勢亦進入另一階段，我想，也是時候要將【神經】這張經典專輯重新檢閱評價。

在1990年推出，【神經】是8964後，其中一張回應天安門屠殺事件的專輯。有別盧冠廷的【1989】或是夏韶聲的《媽媽我沒有做錯》等民謠作品，【神經】看六四及香港都是依舊其一貫風格：抽離但不離地，婉轉卻到肉，感情澎湃卻不流於煽情暴露。達明一派用批判思維，用音樂寫出對社會的觀察，混合流行文化與幽默，製作出這張【神經】，讓達明成為香港流行文化經典中的經典。

評論音樂，常常提到一張唱片能否經歷歲月的洗禮，【神經】正正就是一張三十年以來無論在音樂到主題內容都依舊relevant的經典作品。專輯是香港樂壇「概念專輯」的原形，探討的那些香港與中國及英國的關係，那些去或留的感受，諷刺地，到今時今日的香港，不只依然適用應景，而且更因為這張專輯的歷史而令歌曲有更深、更額外的意義。

音樂性上，【神經】亦是達明一派真正由一隊大量向歐日音樂取經的new wave 樂隊升格為只此一家集合中西影響的art rock樂團。專輯將藝術與流行融合，擴展音樂元素，在樂器的音色及彈奏方法上都突破一般傳統流行音樂的層面，編曲踏上頂尖水平同時卻依然能保持流行元素，不為實驗而實驗，結果就是一張無論在音樂到主題都緊扣合一的出色流行專輯。

專輯用《今天我願你平安,阿們》作開幕，以與聖誕有聯系的《今天應該很高興》營造末世、消極氣氛，然後徐徐送上帶有爵士氣氛的《你情我願》，加入英國國歌，基本上就是《今天應該很高興》的續集。《你情我願》的neon light都市感覺、art rock風格不只令人聯想起Roxy Music 的《Avalon》，當中在氣氛的營造上的出色，亦毫不遜色：那些細碎的處理，鼓聲的回音，配上周耀輝弔詭的「愛情」比喻，到最後用《God save the queen》作結尾，不是完美是什麼。

緊接重回到他們synth pop的根的《諸神的黃昏》，最精彩的地方是作品用了不同的鼓來製造較像民族色彩的氣氛及節拍，為稍後較raw、acoustic的民謠作品舖路。至於歌曲內容，當中的群魔亂舞的意象，「從病態演變成形　濃燄已安葬黎明/從廝殺的角落裡驚叫一抹鮮血屠城/ 祈望眾生更虔誠」，可以直接用在2019年及今時今日的香港。

Stripped to basic 的《皇后大盜》用簡單粗糙的結他，Synth的點綴，奇妙的和音運用，加上音樂間奏中畫龍點睛的結他，寫成了這首音樂公路電影。悲哀的是，這個大盜，走了三十年，仍然未能停下來，情懷處境依舊：大盜成手足，只能煲底見，只肯嫁手足。已斷去路，面對如今的絕境，不少的犧牲，我們亦只能繼續唱「沙滾滾願彼此珍重過。」（《皇后大盜》受 Wim Wenders的公路電影《Kings of The Road》啟發，日後亦成為黃耀明自己的專輯名字）

加入中國色彩達明一派在《石頭記》等舊作已做過，但在《天問》則是將中國當代民謠(崔健）、Pageant元素、北方音樂色彩融為一爐的傑作。嗩吶、琵琶的聲音，最終被扭曲成警號siren，過了三十年，歷史還是重演。

改編自1968年《明星之歌》的《排名不分先後左右忠奸(無大無細超)》加入六十年代流行元素，是專輯中的分隔線，將沉重氣氛減退，成為達明一派嬉笑怒罵的政治satire，當中的和音風格亦成為日後黃耀明的人山人海的音樂元素，同時亦成為日後達明一派與香港的切入點。

再續1988年《你還愛我嗎》的reggae影響與camp 味，這次《十個救火的少年》擺明車馬向牙買加取經，大放加勒比海的夏日、節日風情，騎騎尼原來是因為要包裝著潘源良這個其實十分可悲，但一針見血、歷久常新的寓言故事。那個簡單但iconic的結他的滑弦及那些和音，那個歡樂感，是達明一派獨有的港式聲音。

重回Europe disco/synth pop 的根的《講嘢》已算是專輯中最平淡的作品，但在編曲上的仔細位置依然是精彩。《愛彌留》又是在氣氛意境上不能更上乘的傑作，細密鼓聲打奏出來的暗湧是這時代的忐忑心情，屬專輯的首支「內向」作品，亦是過度到三拍子的《開口夢》的最佳之選。《開口夢》雋永甜美dreamy，但其實何秀萍寫的，本質上依然是《十個救火的少年》的悲哀。「如場戲　忘掉就算」，不過怎想到，相隔三十年，原來香港人多了個族群，他們不選擇忘記，而是索性改寫歷史。

《God Save the Queen》是《皇后大盜》的reprise，黃耀明唱出「沙滾滾願彼此珍重過」作結，百感交集卻不失願景的結局。

【神經】不只是一張結集藝術與流行的經典傑作，更是一個時代的snapshot。推出之今三十年後，份量不減反增，在今年重聽，意境更淒美，內容更入心入肺。當中歌詞的份量亦是尖峰，是周耀輝的代表作。歐美音樂媒體常推The Smiths的【The Queen is Dead】為流行經典，恰巧【神經】不只在音樂上有取經之餘，亦同樣刻載著時代的重量，所以被我們捧為香港流行音樂的最佳專輯，自然當之無愧。

從批鬥楊千嬅反思黃色的陋習

這陣子看著網絡全天候批鬥楊千嬅，對她作出人身攻擊，集體網上欺凌，我突然想起鍾氏兄弟在《F For: 香港抗爭音樂誌》訪問中說的一番話：「每個人心裡都有一條藍絲，就算立場是黃，我們也可能有以藍絲的方式來當黃絲的時候。」

由楊千嬅上年因為一張R.I.P.照片引起的butterfly effect發生一連串的事令她形象插水，一下子變全港仇人，其實也合情合理。被香港樂迷偏愛，愛足這麼多年，在香港最關鍵時候她屈服出聲明話自己愛港愛國，大家失望痛心在所難免。

最初大家用「楊千嬅不了」，「心口有個共字」或是用「如果可磊落做人你會更吸引」來抗議批評，都是合理甚至是高尚表現。不過，很快地，這些理性被漫罵淹沒，鬧她靠借運紅，品衰，無樣無歌無演技，「臭閪」，「奶共閪」，到今日說她樣殘醜樣肥塊面闊過個電視，人身攻擊埋人哋老公外形懷疑人性向etc，唔知以為佢仲仆街過習近平甚至林鄭，因為我都冇聽過香港對佢哋有咁多人身攻擊。

這件事亦令我諗起大家愛用的「黑警死全家」口號。這口號在示威衝突現場嗌，可接受，是當中溫度及熱度的表現，因為大家只能用言語來抗衡警察的濫暴。不過，每每見到大家用來做橫額或者在social media日提夜提，就明顯踩界，因為「黑警死全家」確實惡毒，屬hate speech 煽動仇恨的範疇。

不過，又有幾多人批評討論這個問題？現在社會分裂，黃色就是一切，當中的思考能力與批評能力卻沒有剩下幾多。顏色，或者可以快速地分到誰是敵人，但穿上同「顏色」，不代表就是自己人，最近「龍門冰室」一事亦是最佳例證。

九七前，我們用「大陸人」作反面身份來建立「香港人」的國民身份，用中國社會的陋習來確立自己是「有文化」、「有學識」的優越身份。現在如果我們要擁抱「黃色真香港人」身份，那就必需記得，我們要學會記得認清「藍色」的下流沒底線，缺乏思考反省能力，讓「黃色」謹記遠離這些惡習，成為更高尚的一群人——這樣香港才會有最後希望。

繼續 Victim blaming

網絡批鬥楊千嬅，反映出香港victim blaming風氣的嚴重。楊千嬅是搵人民幣奶共，是做錯PR，但平心而論，她也不過是這個香港問題的其中一受害人，而她的downfall，也是因為出了一張向義士說R.I.P.的照片而起，沒有同情心不緊要，但其實用不著那麼惡毒。

奶共，基本上是整個主流娛樂圈音樂圈都在奶，不代表這是可原諒，但single out 楊千嬅就明顯過火。同時，有些無腦的人用她當年向中國軍人致敬、同習近平握手的相來一直做她說她是藍千嬅，前者已是多年前事，當時風氣也不同，已沒有什麼拿出來討論價值；後者是娛樂圈問題，大部份歌手亦有出席過呢類維穩騷，何韻詩還在主流唱片公司時亦玩過回歸騷等表演﹐無需要無限放大。

另一角度看，其實現在的楊千嬅就更能表現楊千嬅一直的歌詞內容。大部份人讀不清林夕為楊千嬅寫的歌詞，像大家愛用《楊千嬅》的「如果可磊落做人」，大家都忘記了「如果可」這三個字。這首歌不是說「楊千嬅」是完美，正正相反，這歌是林夕送給楊千嬅的生日禮物，是有關如何能做個更好的成年人的教誨。歌詞的引旨正正是「你現在大個需要做大戲，但是別要太過顧忌。」林夕說過這首歌是送給香港人的，這是讓我們成為更好的人的一首歌。

楊千嬅不完美，我們亦然。楊千嬅要奶共，正如身在香港的人要活在中共的陰影下，在生活各細節不能完全反共的無奈情況一樣。完美的世界，大家最好可以全部辭職罷工唔搭黨鐵，但是——縱使當中有很多不能原諒的妥協——這就是現實。大家鬧咗咁耐，點解香港人咁鍾意返工？點解死都唔肯罷工？因為這不是一個人的軟弱問題，而是香港一直以來的意識形態與及價值觀問題，亦是人自私希望有生活安穩的現實。

楊千嬅音樂事業最終回？

楊千嬅明明已過氣，但仍然咁多人鬧討厭，係因為楊千嬅確實是好本土好香港好能代表這千僖以後的香港流行文化。好多人唔明點解楊千嬅的音樂在香港流行樂咁重要，係因為楊千嬅係最成功亦最撤撤底底Made in Hong Kong 的香港流行icon，是首批與八、九十年代香港流行曲劃清界線的歌手之一。

88年商業二台叱吒903開始推廣香港「百份百原創」，但相隔十年，香港樂壇才真正踏入原創的局面，九十年代紅的歌手，像張學友郭富城王菲甚至王菲彭羚等，早期仍然是唱改編歌；直至1997那兩三年，新一代歌手像梁詠琪、楊千嬅、謝霆鋒、盧巧音、陳奕迅等才出現，都以香港音樂人作班底及原創作品作主打（陳奕迅早期是走張學友路，華星時期亦有改編日本歌。）

當年楊千嬅一直是樂壇黑馬，主流沒有多少人想過她會走紅，【直覺】一碟開始碰上人山人海，在樂評界贏得口碑，讓華星給楊千嬅走上知性小眾路線，在娛樂圈中嘗試建立一個較authentic、organic 的聲音，意識形態上接上黃耀明的軌，當年同進念一輩玩埋一堆，音樂上則是港式撞日式，結果就是一系列現在被視為幾張經典的華星專輯。當年楊千嬅開演唱會，嘉賓是黃耀明，翻唱唱達明，或是陳百強林憶蓮，有承繼八九十年代香港樂壇的精華，啟發出新一代音樂的精神。

之後的什麼「心口有個勇字」，拍了多套「意外大紅」的電影都已是歷史了。香港音樂唱片業，從此多了個楊千嬅成功模式，在傳統「天后明星」上多了一個原來可以在音樂企劃上成功的路線。或者，大家就明點解今時今日，大家或我，仍然肯花時間寫楊千嬅的原因。

這件事，唯一可證實的是，楊千嬅委實脫節，PR手段已過時不管用，她愛用的那些vague、大器言論在今時今日的香港已經唔work。像這次借明報周刊來澄清，雖然明顯地她的生活心情受這一年多的風波明顯嚴重影響，外形不在狀態，她說的回應算是合理，但大家沒有給她絲毫同情，只是更反感更多惡毒言論，足見這種上世紀PR手段的過時。她一日因為工作問題不能坦白、直接講政治，相信香港大眾一日都不會原諒她。

經這次後，她的新作《現在就是最後的意願》及未來新作都變得頗有意思。畢竟楊千嬅事業翻生已發生過，她的作品變成她對負面消息的回應亦常出現，那且看在香港發展到今時今日的情形下，林夕及音樂人能否再有力將她的逆境再次變為她音樂的養料，令她重生，還是真正是檟誌著楊千嬅在香港流行音樂的終結，the end of an era吧。

F for fighting: 最好，最壞，繼續抗爭

這是最好的時代，也是最壞的時代。

相信沒什麼人會反對這樣形容現在的香港。

經歷了近一年的抗爭運動，捱過了Covid-19疫情；警察由黑警發展到現今濫捕濫暴撤撤底底的獨裁工具；我們由絕望失望有希望輾輾轉轉來迴無數遍到上週看見中國公然破壞一國兩制頒佈國家安全法，到今日英國宣佈會擴大BNO的權利美國會制裁香港台灣會協助香港。冷戰的局勢已經發展到一個沸騰點，在國際形勢來看，尤其是中國與美國，都提供了第三次世界大戰的條件。

香港的命運最後還是未知數，但我們明白，各國的反應，今日的發展，全部都得來不易，全部是靠各位手足用血汗用金錢用前途用性命換回來的。這樣我們明白，各單位各自努力繼續抗爭，繼續表達我們香港人熱愛自由的民族情緒，總有一天，我們會達到目標。

F For: 音樂抗爭誌

為《F For: 香港抗爭音樂誌》作預訂/眾籌至今已近兩個月，還有大約一星期這個宣傳眾籌過程便會完結。我們有幸受到不同媒體關注及訪問，感謝蘋果日報、明報、端傳媒、立場新聞、Culturalist、Every Little D及A City Made By People。對於我們來說，受到這些媒體主動報導及邀訪，正正提醒我們香港還有出色的新聞工作者，會主動報導有趣的計劃，不理大小後台或背景，這才是journalism的作用。

在與記者朋友傾談時，他們都有同樣問題：「你哋驚唔驚會有政治後果？」這個問題，當時時還算不是太迫切，但現在大陸的國家安全法就在眼前的時候，突然間這變成切身的現實問題。

驚，當然唔驚，有乜好驚，做誌內音樂的朋友還未驚，我們有乜好驚？加上，國家安全法前香港的言論自由氣氛已差，大家亦明白當中的風險，所以大部份的contributors都謹慎行事，用上匿名，所以真的冇乜好驚。站在街上的手足冇驚，我哋自然驚都冇資格驚。

不過，現實還現實，現實就是，現在在香港發行與編印這個音樂誌都可能有問題，因為獨立出版界與編印界大家都人心惶惶，我們亦不想連累有關方面。暫時解決方法是我們現在盡量希望將盡快印好第一期，但第二期或第三期，或是到日後發行販賣等呢，我們還沒討論，但也不感樂觀。我們原本打算在某幾個場點售賣，同時我們最喜愛的文化書店主動聯絡想售賣我們的誌，但最後會否可以在任何場點售賣？我們都不清楚。

當然，我們明白我們這個誌只是出版文化界的小小事，所以他們要擔心的當然更多更多，你就明白香港文化界已到達了什麼的絕路。

說不擔心，去到最坦白說，當然還是有小小擔心。共產黨做事，好難捉摸，像銅鑼灣書店一事，誰會想到他們會搞這些其實十分小眾不觸目的小書店？誰會想到他們會在香港綁架香港人？結果變成國際新聞？我們不擔心，但有些事不到你擔心，這就是獨裁政權的問題，你擔心不來的，他們愛做什麼，自然會做什麼。

這個音樂誌計劃非牟利，不為錢，只求成為香港的另類小眾文宣，記錄與香港抗爭運動有關的音樂、事與人物。由沒人知，到今日有238人支持這個計劃，一路走來，得來也不易。時間還剩一星期，還有39%的target，我哋不告急，因為我哋明白有很多更緊急告急的事要幫忙，例如攬炒團隊的眾籌。不過，我們還是希望大家可以在最後階段為我們打打氣。

或者你不喜歡我們的設計或某些細節甚至是3C Music這個發起平台，我們亦承認我們的的不足，畢竟用正職外的空閒時間來做，有很多東西不能盡善盡美，但我們至少盡了力。我們相信，信念相同，敵人一樣，就是同路人，就應該放下歧見至少支持，這是我們學到的「兄弟爬山，各自努力」的精神。所以，若然你認同我們的信念，認同香港需要有更多有關抗爭的著作記錄，尤其是音樂記錄，那就可以慷慨給我們打個氣，不捐錢沒問題，最重要是廣傳。我們無言感激。

感激一直有份幫忙的朋友，238位已支持的朋友，那些有份幫忙一直些牙的朋友。結果如何，我們仍然會繼續做。

F For 香港抗爭音樂誌

「獨裁政權不只害怕行動上的反抗，更害怕的是敢於行使表達自由的人民。在獨裁極權眼中，凡是不配合政權宏大敘事grand narrative的，通通都是敵人。然而，我們和一眾香港人均不會畏懼；面對要醜化民主運動的主旋律，我們會繼續用文化思想唱反調，說出香港人的真實故事，繼續捍衛著我們奇妙的香港。」

《F For：香港抗爭音樂誌》是一個奇妙的過程。

實不相瞞，其實F For團隊其中數個核心成員都是海外港人。透過螢幕看香港新聞看得滿面眼淚，相信不少海外香港人都經歷過。我們不介意被稱為離地或離棄香港，但是我們一樣可以用自己的方式去貢獻香港及這場運動。

住在海外，就知道外國人普遍對香港的態度都是「中立」的：即是他們可能會同情，但他們心底清楚，他們不可能為我們做得更多。他們看到電視上的片段，也不盡了解點解香港人會咁搏、諗乜嘢。電視的documentary再好，如Channel 4製作的《The Battle For Hong Kong》也不過一小時，也是從一個外國的角度出發。

我們很想，做以香港角度出發的記錄。所以我們想做這本音樂誌，用香港音樂，說出這場運動的真實精神。作為文藝撚，當然仲好想見到一本有關香港抗爭的書出現在大小獨立或art book store，等那班外國hipsters文藝青中老年都可以成日被提醒香港的事。

2019年10月我們想到可以做一本抗爭音樂誌來為這場運動出一分力。Post一出，竟然收到四方八面朋友說有興趣。一下子由幾丁友變過十人，一句到尾，都只是想為香港出一分力。然而，音樂誌消息一出，還是有不少質疑與問題，所以希望借這個post解釋一切。

「要捐都捐畀手足先啦！」

昨天立場新聞的報道一出，有幾個人即時說「要捐都捐畀手足先啦！搞咩音樂誌」原則上我們是同意的。如果我們只得五蚊可以捐，這五蚊當然就捐給手足讓他們解困先。

可是現實情況上，有經濟能力的人通常不只有五蚊，捐款的選擇不只有一個。捐給手足，再捐給這計劃，是沒抵觸的。

當然，不是說我們的犧牲及貢獻，及得上街頭上的手足。相反，正正就是因為我們這班文藝蛋散於心有愧，未能在街頭一樣拼搏，我們才希望可以用「文藝／文化」的手段作出貢獻。

長篇大論，說回眾籌，好坦白講，其實最初的想法是我們核心成員打算自己拎幾萬蚊出來印的。我們也從未想過透過這計劃來賺錢，做過出版的都知靠賣書搵錢難過登天，掹車邊都稱不上是「人血饅頭」。最尾冇咁做的原因，係因為其中一成員話，「唔駛咁呀，我哋拖馬叫手足一人一蚊損出來畀你哋印都得。」

這番話令我哋領悟到，呢件件事其實真係唔只關我哋事，而係關香港大家事；呢個唔只係我哋的project，亦係屬於大家的project。或者我哋係有少少幼稚，認為每一個支持抗爭的朋友都會十卜我哋，但我哋同時有信心大家會看到，記錄香港抗爭運動的意義，願意花五蚊來支持呢個project。

多得Glass Onion音樂筆記、Music And Story、音樂．人生、Small Press Tune的拔刀相助。不介意在繁忙生活中抽空做呢件事、出錢出力。感謝一班音樂人在唔知頭唔知路的時候，相信我們，十分nice地同我哋做訪問。在街頭上，大家互稱手足；對我哋一些上唔到街頭的人來講，這個團隊感覺上一樣係手足。希望，大家就算唔當我哋係手足，至少可以當我哋係同路人。

每當變幻時，港女代言人變中國女士楊千嬅

記得2010年劉曉波拿諾貝爾和平獎，我與在挪威奧斯陸當地的中國朋友一起到長毛等在挪威市政廳前發起的遊行，到場後中國朋友煞有介事，說他稍後與我再匯合，因為他要低調離遠人群，確保不會入鏡，以免被抽後算帳，日後難以再拿簽證。同時市政廳外中國餐廳的員工一樣鬼鬼崇崇，只敢偷偷在門前看，原因只有一個，就是不想激嬲中國政府，惹來麻煩。

另一邊廂在奧斯陸的中國人在對出的公園進行反對諾貝爾和平獎的抗議，當地媒體揭發中國大使館曾發信迫當地中國人參與遊行，不然後果自負。結果當然那些在場的中國人說他們是自願的，國家沒有迫他們這樣做，他們是真心愛國。

2019年，Deja vu，歴史就是不斷重演。反送中示威行動升級，示威者將中國旗掉到海，有傳中國官方施壓要求藝人表態愛國，中國央視發起護旗運動，因此大小香港演藝界人士陸陸續續包括成龍、彭浩翔、余文樂等紛紛在社交網絡上當中國護旗手，然後到八月十四日楊千嬅發出聲明表示自己是「出生於中國香港」，兼「一直深愛中國，深愛香港」，為這場「護旗活動」推到高潮。

中國對市民的操制尤如扯線公仔，人人都是沉睡間牒，所以在外國不少科技基設如電訊公司近年亦開始有不取用中國人；中國公司亦難分私企或國企。這亦是為何美國禁用華為的5G設施，亦向英國施壓不要用華為的5G科技。

在中國的海外居民尙且要被迫聽命，不然隨時真正被「打返大陸」。但對於這班有名有勢，連楊千嬅作為香港一線歌手亦要在香港關鍵時刻表示對中國效忠，離棄正在爭取民主自由同時亦是令她有今時今日成就的香港市民，未免自貶身價，亦過份短視。

事緣

一切均由楊千嬅由對6月15日義士自殺在Instagram發出RIP帖而開始。然後有人發現她like何韻詩借台灣金曲獎來談香港的帖。她隨後急急刪帖，並說自己戶口被盜用。這引起香港到中國社交網絡的關注，香港人失望，向她淸算，批她彈弓手，要吃兩家茶禮；中國人則直接將她與何韻詩歸邊，指她港獨。正在中國巡演，一直活躍中國的她透過她旗下的經理人公司，亦即是她老公丁子高的公司正向娛樂發出聲明，同時她亦在微博出帖說「我在香港出生及長大，我愛這遍土地，也熱愛我的祖國。我相信明天會更好。」

無可否認，楊千嬅這次也算是不幸，她本人尚算是受害者。不過，在是非黑白常被顛倒的緊張時刻，樂迷心痛失望要與她劃淸距離也無可厚非，碎碟樂迷M Ching Ckc也語重心祥︰「令佢知道賺人民幣無所謂，代價係失去一個由佢唱片都未有機會出就留意佢既支持者。」

要記住，沒有誰比誰高尙，沒有下流只有更下流。這樣擺一個歌手上枱，不盡公平；有人更借此事對當事者再作人身攻撃，其他偶像粉絲借此批鬥，更是無賴。大家忘記的是，香港演藝界早已名存實亡，早為打入中國市場而將香港人的尊嚴販賣。那些一早參加愚民的中國演唱真人騷的，或直接與建制做friend成文匯之友的，或連聲也不敢出沉默不語的歌手藝人，無一不虛偽，甚至更可視為見死不救。只要他們一日要賺人民幣，明日他們也可以是楊千嬅。

雖然如此，我們還是要針對楊千嬅，批評她這次的處理。我們批評楊千嬅，實質是痛罵中國借用其國家優勢，壓迫香港音樂人，剥削他們的言論自由。香港主流音樂之死，正正與香港失去本土定位及價值有重大關係。近年香港歌手被大家以「偽人」之稱，就是因為他們為迎合大陸市場而對自己的言論自我審查，連以前已經不大的言論空間也自我奄割，一句真話不敢講，只敢說模稜兩可之言，那他們製造出來的音樂也自然變為空洞無物的商品吧。

香港人有權利用僅有的言論自由，楊千嬅大可向外解釋，堂堂正正，磊磊落落，但偶像老了就是老了，她偏選擇以極苯拙超迂腐勁過時的公關手段，僅以愛國宣言來向中國低頭，結果一夜間名譽掃地。粉絲撐她要顧全大局，要養唱片公司及音樂人團隊？這說得通，但說穿了還只是有關她個人得失，也只是愛你變成害你的「愚愛」。香港唱片工業她甚至陳奕迅都撐不起，其腐敗程度早需要重新啟動。中國市場只是上了岸的香港歌手的金地，帶協不到新晉歌手之餘，更要他們承受壓制言論自由的毒風及矮化貶值了的香港本土文化與身份認同。

那最棘手的問題來了，中國的propaganda行動讓我們看不起陪過我們長大，我們曾經喜歡的歌手藝人，那我們應選擇怎樣處理今日的他們？那麼我們可怎樣再檢視香港的流行文化？楊千嬅，一個在千禧年可謂最經典的港式流行文化人物，方麗娟余春嬌校長，如何可以從她在香港流行文化一夜間劃掉？

有趣地，這與國泰的難題如出一轍。有人認為杯葛國泰這些香港公司，正正墮入中國政府想打亂香港秩序及香港人身份的詭計，因為打撃香港公司，最終受益的會是中資的競爭者。此說有其道理，但亦有漏洞。

會杯葛的消費者，或用國泰的人通常是中產，他們有意識杯葛，自然懂用外國航空；而不關心治政治的港人，不理三七廿一，平時也只是看那個較抵，國泰的存在對他們根本不重要。另一方面，盲目支持爛掉了的蘋果也屬不智做法，幫不了忙。

此說法，唯一要記著的是，瓦解香港人身份是中國一直夢寐以求的目標。由強拆天星到一切殖民地色彩建築，到今日用人民幣將香港歌手藝人協持的做法，都有相同的本質。那我們究竟可做什麼？

要割蓆？我們不能亦不可，因為這只會迫她更加走進中國；同時與她割蓆亦與即矮化我們的本土流行文化，我們打得爛家中唱片，卻洗不掉腦裡回憶，抹不走她在流行文化留下的足跡。我們可做的，要繼續用動之以情，曉之以理。明星在乎大眾反應，只要我們繼續表示對她的失望，製造推動論述，讓她知道她在香港累積的「喜愛」已被人民幣磨滅，才是我們最有威力的攻勢。

你有個個也有

楊千嬅意外走紅後到今天不意外地染紅，難怪令人心痛，讓不少樂迷會有「想不到活動發展至今這是最令我失望心痛的一幕」的感慨。當中最心酸的，還是當中反差之大。

人人都知楊千嬅變了，沒有過去的勇，已成圓滑過人的「樂壇人瑞」，對她早沒期望。但只是沒想過低點可以這麼低，實在與她當年她以接近「獨立音樂」姿態與意識形態走紅，「沒有千萬堆頭，心口得個勇字」，帶著「反文化」駐腳的形象相差太遠。更甚的是，那個十幾廿年間一直唱著演著不夠信心，天資不夠，仍然要堅持努力的典型「香港人」身份，一度是港女代言人的楊千嬅，在大染缸中竟淪落為中國香港女士楊千嬅，怎能不唏噓？

從來香港人愛楊千嬅，是高牆與雞蛋中選擇雞蛋的高尙選擇。沒有想過，今時今日，在雞蛋與高牆的黑白之戰之時，楊千嬅，及很多其他「楊千嬅」，均埋沒良心選擇黑暗。

作為林夕的一塊肉，唱盡無數細膩玄妙自省的歌詞的楊千嬅，有望能細心用心再讀林夕為她親身訂造的歌詞，就算不再烈女，也要讓傷過的初心重新再跳，保住我們的真情性。我們，繼續努力。

香港人做主能夠—這個時勢還剩下什麼歌

佔中雨傘後的這五年，隨著銅鑼灣書店店主及店員被中國大陸綁架，看著不少政治人物不是被拘捕，就是被政治迫害，不少香港人包括我已以為香港已走投無路，氣數已盡，我們只能不甘願地看著香港的法治與自由逐漸地被這紅色魔鬼慢慢剥走。

或者林鄭也以為香港的反抗能力已不再，已肉隨砧板上，才會大膽推引渡法。沒有人想過六九會有百萬人遊行，沒有人想會有罷課罷工及佔領，更沒有人想過這一代的年輕人，原來意志這麼強，氣節這麼高，對自由道德真善美的追求能令他們這麼勇敢，廿願以自己的安全及前途作抵押，為整個城市爭取更好的未來。

縰使前路仍然黑暗，但這幾天這班香港的年輕人為香港帶來希望。因為只要不放棄，不屈服，才會有希望。我們學習，我們成長，我們繼續抗命。

五年前我們信錯大台，五年前我們自己打自己左膠熱狗內鬼爭奪光環，五年前我們只要聽到「槍」字就郩底。今天我們背城借一，無畏無懼，不少人被打到頭破血流，我們仍然想盡辦法不放棄，各派人士各自獻計，目標一致，想法一致——這還令你不感到希望嗎？

還有，我們不再「今天我」，亦是見證我們成長的一大步。

上世紀的主流音樂已不能反映及切合今時今日年輕人敢想敢做敢爭取的思想與態度。雨傘後中國大陸對香港娛樂圈的影響越來越大，這幾年主流歌手明星已不會為政治表態，2015年後主流音樂已與社會完全脫節，間接給香港indie及hip hop蓬勃的環境；何韻詩正式成為獨立歌手放棄主流運作及身世轉型acitivist 歌手，而以政治主題為賣點的謝安琪簽Juno轉型唱都市男女感情生活完全與政治劃淸界線，均標誌著一個（音樂）時代的（開始）結束。

抗爭的街上香港音樂帶不到共鳴，反而由基督徒帶頭唱的Sing Hallelujah To The Lord 意外成今次的抗命金曲，是反映香港人的絕望，還是香港人的幽默，還是表示只有神能打夠我們？

無論如何，我相信香港人做主就能夠有機會改變命運。

沒有歌嗎，我們就寫自己的歌。沒有主流，我們就成主流。

今天的勇氣及氣節，會寫出萬人愛唱的歌，鼓舞無數有同樣抱負的年輕人。

盧凱彤的十七傳奇

我由中學時開始聽at17，可以話聽盧凱彤大。

不過原來我還比盧凱彤大一歲。

這幾年香港變得很快，香港的音樂環境在這十多年經歷了很多的轉變。

由一個充滿幹勁唱著青春追求夢想的盧凱彤，也在這十多年後變為唱著內心的浪濤、執著保持真我，同時唱著社會議題的盧凱彤。

人就是這樣，不失去就不會領會我們要珍惜。盧凱彤過身社交網絡上人人都傷心分享她的音樂，但她還在生時卻好像從未見大家有這麼熱烈。

我也不例外。

我開始了解更多盧凱彤。原來盧凱彤在生前說過這麼多有意義的說話。她過身後媒體工作者才紛紛分享她說過有意義的東西。香港媒體太多雜質廢話，就算像盧凱彤這樣一個有意思的音樂人，在絕大多媒體中看到都是有她無益無謂的報導。或者她在香港的毫不完美環境裡頭就是太完美。

盧凱彤是香港的音樂傳奇。她短短的三十二年人生，當中十七年都是她的音樂旅程。at17 是香港首支由獨立走上主流的女子組合，那時她十五歲。

然後她成為一個少理商業顧慮，不sold out 堅持自我的唱作人。她的solo音樂發展縱使不是順風順水，在寰亞推出了兩張專輯後，她因躁鬱症(bipolar disorder)而小休了兩年，在2016年在自己的唱片公司Rockmui Ltd. 推出自資專輯【你的完美有點難懂並不代表世界不能包容】，銷量不如意，單曲《還不夠遠》卻為她成為首位香港歌手在台灣金曲獎赢得最佳編曲一獎。

她是少有積極參與政治活動的歌手。她踏上黃耀明的步伐，在立法會選舉時支持泛民。雨傘運動時她支持雨傘，參與《撐起雨傘》。

盧凱彤是香港第三個公開其LGBT性取向的歌手，更是首個對外公佈同性婚姻及戀情的歌手，這一步是對香港LGBT平權活動有重要的影響，她與周生生合作的廣告在坊間引起的討論及支持便可見其重要性。

她亦公開分享她與bipolar disorder搏鬥的經歴，推廣大眾對mental illness的關注。

然後，她結束了她短短三十二年的生命，切實成為了香港的搖滾音樂legend。同時她的自殺亦敲響了不少警鐘——她是繼張國榮後第二個屬被邊緣化的群組而自殺的歌手。香港社會及政治存在上的結構性問題，令很多類似的社會問題在這麼多年來都沒有被正式重視、討論及採取行動。是時候了吧。

盧凱彤將會是藝人圈裏永遠最受人喜愛的Rock mui 阿妹與及樂迷永遠記得的盧凱彤，因為她不是香港娛樂圈那種aggressive 具野心的事業歌手，因為她沒有那些呃like搏人喜歡有自戀個性的萬人迷性格，因為她由此至終都是專注她喜歡的音樂，忠於自我的音樂人。她是我們喜歡內歛的音樂的樂迷心目中最真實最真誠的獨立歌手，在未來她的音樂將會繼續陪伴與她一樣面對無數顧慮與不安，缺乏自信的樂迷成長，她將會是我們香港的Elliott Smith，成為樂迷眼中的憂傷代言人。

我記得盧凱彤曾分享她最沒有之一的最愛電影是一九七一年的Harold and Maude，講述一個年輕人Harold迷戀「死亡」，生無可戀，直至她遇上及愛上七十九歲的Maude，他的人生才得到意義。電影的結局最終亦由死亡作結。不過，死亡只是一個人生命上的終結，卻可能是其他人生命的新開端。像電影中Cat Stevens 的一系列美麗作品，給無數曾經在低谷的失意孩子希望及能量。

作為樂迷或者我們將永遠會是電影裡的Harold，可以做的就是在這個「死亡」中看出光芒及美麗之處。

以此作結。

內向到自戀，Serrini為文青重新定義

自上年年尾Serrini【Don’t Text Him】推出後，一直想寫碟評最後還是沒有找到機會，如今就只好寫一篇短文來闡釋她這一兩年來的突破。經過這一兩年親眼目睹她如何在social media 吸納她的die蚊(Serrini的fans，現今幾乎所有新流行歌手都會給他們一個特別名)，看她如何在「迫爆大陸」，如何塞滿九展，你便知道Serrini真的成功了；而她的成功不僅在個人層面上，而是成功在香台indie文青音樂風氣上作出了具革命性的改變。

所謂的文青，在這三四十年來的華語音樂上，從來離不開幾個重點︰內歛、感性、真摰及避免極端middle of the road。由黃韻玲到陳綺貞再到張懸徐徍瑩，或香港主流中由林憶蓮達明一派到楊千嬅或謝安琪，抑或由AMK到At17或My Little Airport，這些通常會與文青扯上關係的單位裡頭，幾本上都share我提及的特質。而這些特質，都成為他們音樂主題的backbone。這個音樂主題，簡單來說就是失敗主義或underdog，這從來都是「文青音樂」裡頭重要的主題。

那Serrini呢，她也當然有以上大部份的特質及個性，然而，她卻有這麼多年來所有文青歌手都沒有的大嘴巴、big personality 及narcissistic自戀個性。這些東西看似與音樂扯不上關係，甚至微不足道，但這些正正是Serrini成功突圍而出的原因。她打破傳統文青的框框，以主流呃like模式吸納fans，台上以巨星方法及姿態與歌迷互動，在文藝界仍然以文藝及學術角度分享生活點滴，這都是Serrini的成功之道，在香港indie 界裡頭有改朝換代的意義。

她的不一樣，也與她聽的音樂有關係吧，正所謂you are what you listen to。她除了聽經典文青音樂外，也聽美國的rapper。美國rapper 的嘩眾取寵及大嘴吧，或者就是今日的Serrini的藍本。

以前像Serrini這種滿口英文又懶cute講gurl，刻意標奇立異的歌手，一定會被主流媒體打沉，被外界及姨媽姑姐認為是扮野造作，假鬼妹。時代變，今時今日，年輕人擁戴個人意志及敢於表達自我的歌手，尤其一眾主流歌手封嘴不敢說民生政治，Serrini的具個性又忠於自我，敢講敢做，很自然會得到喜歡文藝的年輕人支持。

她的音樂的作用也與上一代的不一樣了。以前音樂講求上盛，但Serrini 的音樂卻像demo 一樣raw。她的作品只是她舞台上表演的一部份，又或是她的個性的一部份，像。就算是Olivier Chong及Alok等製作的【Don’t Text Him】，音樂上的突破或創意也沒有太多耀目處，對於有一定聽歷的樂迷來說應該不會被音樂打動；但對年輕樂迷來說，專輯卻有齊他們不同時段不同情緒的表達，全部都易聽又有廣東流行的特質又有Serrini 的personal touch，已是這個年頭香港樂壇難得的好作品。

香港變，音樂也跟著時代變，心態亦要跟著一齊變，那才會有希望吧。

許廷鏗《藍血人》- 蛻變前夕的痛苦掙扎

是從哪時開始發現許廷鏗的聲音有驚喜、有進化的潛力? 第一次是他以超級巨聲參賽者的身份，選擇演唱方大同的《夠不夠》，有別於一般歌唱比賽去突出唱功，卻強調節奏韻律的掌握，青澀不成熟卻顯現個性，之後歌唱實力愈多練習愈多表演自然增強，選曲與演繹方式卻跟著評審的意見慢慢磨平稜角。第二次是離開比賽舞台，首次推出單曲《出走》，一開聲就相當響亮搶耳，之後卻太多重複的曲式，以其唱片公司的公式製作，再悅耳的旋律，經過工廠倒模都會讓人聽得麻木。於是現在離開TVB老家外闖，就帶來第三次的突破 -《藍血人》。

王雙駿在2017年與不少單位第一次合作，都見為歌者度身訂造的火花，包括為Supper Moment首次擔綱編曲的《說再見了吧》，令其樂隊作品脫離從前獨立的氣息，更大器亦更有天團風範; 亦有為方皓玟的《Let’s Say》注入爵士味道，豐富了從前其創作少見的樂器與混音; 在《小碎步》則重新將鍾舒漫還原到她出道時主打的西洋型格，可算為港樂這一年的編曲添上最多亮點的一人。許廷鏗最新單曲選擇與其合作，當然亦希望得到改造，撞撃出新的形象，以配合轉會後一新樂迷耳目的需要。不過這同時意味著王雙駿只是主流樂壇中走另類路線的一個保守選擇，所謂新鮮的配搭當然就不及他兩位巨聲好姊妹 – 鄧小巧與王嘉儀，有自己班底與方向，偏鋒得更徹底無後顧。

《藍血人》想宣示豁出去的訊息，但編曲卻明顯有所滯後，去得不夠盡，縱有從主歌到副歌的一下突變，亦當然有慣常例牌的層層遞進，反而欠缺明顯要歇斯底里的爆發位置 (畢竟王雙駿真的不是 CY Kong)，亦沒有密集歌詞的轟炸。許廷鏗的演繹亦是想釋放卻不全然，像是預備跑到懸崖卻仍有道繩索勒住自己。這種情況正好在華納前一哥發生過，周柏豪的《摔角》就正是想找王雙駿來超越自我，然而最終效果是尷尷尬尬，想跳入舞池卻又不夠動感，尤其歌者聲音過於硬實就不性感。周柏豪《摔角》的聲音不配合是先天的技巧與聲音局限，許廷鏗於《藍血人》卻不應駕馭不來，那就是後天的心態因素影響。

來自TVB星夢的包袱，就是支持者的預期。情歌與勵志歌是一向吸納樂迷的類型，一下子轉到暗黑色彩較重的曲風，就是完全顛覆之前成功的路向，這種放手一搏實在太冒險，倒不如逐步引導聽眾去適應其轉型 – 從《青春頌》到《魂遊太虛》過渡到現在《藍血人》。許廷鏗一向擅長營造主題概念，《出走三部曲》到《成長》都有鮮明題材去引起共鳴，及後的《阿樂》《你在我在》等亦有自己怎樣宣傳歌曲的定位，對於他自身的音樂品牌有著相當的自覺。是次轉會就先推出《根》去感謝舊公司的體驗，跟著順著故事發展就有《藍血人》跑出安全區的意象 – 音樂錄像大膽拍攝性小眾的調戲前奏，可與歌者模糊性向的現實相合，亦能緊扣社會題材作聯想，別具話題性，足見許廷鏗定位的聰明。

不過《藍血人》歌詞的字裡行間是否真的肯定只有前進，沒有退後的決心? 似乎陳詠謙寫下許廷鏗心聲，也跟編曲與演繹的猶疑狀態一致。歌曲一開首先講到主角的心情，不想停留於溫室 (大台對於他與巨聲幫來講，是一座家長式管治的學校吧)，不想追隨主流人群 (交代自身不想拍劇換取知名度，寧願少一點群眾也只要一心做音樂)，然而隨即有疑惑，這是否做錯決定? 自己也不清楚，但選擇了就一定要繼續向前行。

之後全首歌其實都是「後已無退路，前路怎樣走」的掙扎，副歌的堅定並非自信的表現，而是克服迷失方向的自我安慰。塌陷無路、深不可測、區區雙手、欠缺經緯度、跌入迷惘等都是負面想法的堆疊，可見得要走是逼不得已，而不是有野心有計劃的打算。因此，光此一刻還未有，鬥快打開缺口，亦即缺口尚未打開。《藍血人》不是加盟新公司萬丈雄心、大展鴻圖、步向勝利的宣言，反是無力、失落、自卑的低潮寫照，並竭力將其逃出絕境的力量注入歌曲中。

於是歌詞、曲風、演繹三者的情緒其實是一致的，還未逃得出去，但至少意識到自己正被囚困。視覺畫面中他一直的跑，卻未跑到出口; 愛人們在挑逗撫摸，卻都是前戲，未到戲肉，衣服已脫，道具已齊，就差埋牙一撃。《藍血人》只是一個起步點，在進化的過程之中掙扎，在曖昧的摸索之中游移，就為等待在前面未完成的蛻變 – 然而捕捉得到高潮爆發的前夕，其實也是一種難能可貴。音樂作品中能見這份自省，並體現歌者的焦慮投射，再化為正面的動力，包裝成另一種勵志打氣的路線，從意念到執行已具高度完整性。
