「獨裁政權不只害怕行動上的反抗，更害怕的是敢於行使表達自由的人民。在獨裁極權眼中，凡是不配合政權宏大敘事grand narrative的，通通都是敵人。然而，我們和一眾香港人均不會畏懼；面對要醜化民主運動的主旋律，我們會繼續用文化思想唱反調，說出香港人的真實故事，繼續捍衛著我們奇妙的香港。」

《F For：香港抗爭音樂誌》是一個奇妙的過程。

實不相瞞，其實F For團隊其中數個核心成員都是海外港人。透過螢幕看香港新聞看得滿面眼淚，相信不少海外香港人都經歷過。我們不介意被稱為離地或離棄香港，但是我們一樣可以用自己的方式去貢獻香港及這場運動。

住在海外，就知道外國人普遍對香港的態度都是「中立」的：即是他們可能會同情，但他們心底清楚，他們不可能為我們做得更多。他們看到電視上的片段，也不盡了解點解香港人會咁搏、諗乜嘢。電視的documentary再好，如Channel 4製作的《The Battle For Hong Kong》也不過一小時，也是從一個外國的角度出發。

我們很想，做以香港角度出發的記錄。所以我們想做這本音樂誌，用香港音樂，說出這場運動的真實精神。作為文藝撚，當然仲好想見到一本有關香港抗爭的書出現在大小獨立或art book store，等那班外國hipsters文藝青中老年都可以成日被提醒香港的事。

2019年10月我們想到可以做一本抗爭音樂誌來為這場運動出一分力。Post一出，竟然收到四方八面朋友說有興趣。一下子由幾丁友變過十人，一句到尾，都只是想為香港出一分力。然而，音樂誌消息一出，還是有不少質疑與問題，所以希望借這個post解釋一切。

「要捐都捐畀手足先啦！」

昨天立場新聞的報道一出，有幾個人即時說「要捐都捐畀手足先啦！搞咩音樂誌」原則上我們是同意的。如果我們只得五蚊可以捐，這五蚊當然就捐給手足讓他們解困先。

可是現實情況上，有經濟能力的人通常不只有五蚊，捐款的選擇不只有一個。捐給手足，再捐給這計劃，是沒抵觸的。

當然，不是說我們的犧牲及貢獻，及得上街頭上的手足。相反，正正就是因為我們這班文藝蛋散於心有愧，未能在街頭一樣拼搏，我們才希望可以用「文藝／文化」的手段作出貢獻。

長篇大論，說回眾籌，好坦白講，其實最初的想法是我們核心成員打算自己拎幾萬蚊出來印的。我們也從未想過透過這計劃來賺錢，做過出版的都知靠賣書搵錢難過登天，掹車邊都稱不上是「人血饅頭」。最尾冇咁做的原因，係因為其中一成員話，「唔駛咁呀，我哋拖馬叫手足一人一蚊損出來畀你哋印都得。」

這番話令我哋領悟到，呢件件事其實真係唔只關我哋事，而係關香港大家事；呢個唔只係我哋的project，亦係屬於大家的project。或者我哋係有少少幼稚，認為每一個支持抗爭的朋友都會十卜我哋，但我哋同時有信心大家會看到，記錄香港抗爭運動的意義，願意花五蚊來支持呢個project。

多得Glass Onion音樂筆記、Music And Story、音樂．人生、Small Press Tune的拔刀相助。不介意在繁忙生活中抽空做呢件事、出錢出力。感謝一班音樂人在唔知頭唔知路的時候，相信我們，十分nice地同我哋做訪問。在街頭上，大家互稱手足；對我哋一些上唔到街頭的人來講，這個團隊感覺上一樣係手足。希望，大家就算唔當我哋係手足，至少可以當我哋係同路人。

記得2010年劉曉波拿諾貝爾和平獎，我與在挪威奧斯陸當地的中國朋友一起到長毛等在挪威市政廳前發起的遊行，到場後中國朋友煞有介事，說他稍後與我再匯合，因為他要低調離遠人群，確保不會入鏡，以免被抽後算帳，日後難以再拿簽證。同時市政廳外中國餐廳的員工一樣鬼鬼崇崇，只敢偷偷在門前看，原因只有一個，就是不想激嬲中國政府，惹來麻煩。

另一邊廂在奧斯陸的中國人在對出的公園進行反對諾貝爾和平獎的抗議，當地媒體揭發中國大使館曾發信迫當地中國人參與遊行，不然後果自負。結果當然那些在場的中國人說他們是自願的，國家沒有迫他們這樣做，他們是真心愛國。

2019年，Deja vu，歴史就是不斷重演。反送中示威行動升級，示威者將中國旗掉到海，有傳中國官方施壓要求藝人表態愛國，中國央視發起護旗運動，因此大小香港演藝界人士陸陸續續包括成龍、彭浩翔、余文樂等紛紛在社交網絡上當中國護旗手，然後到八月十四日楊千嬅發出聲明表示自己是「出生於中國香港」，兼「一直深愛中國，深愛香港」，為這場「護旗活動」推到高潮。

中國對市民的操制尤如扯線公仔，人人都是沉睡間牒，所以在外國不少科技基設如電訊公司近年亦開始有不取用中國人；中國公司亦難分私企或國企。這亦是為何美國禁用華為的5G設施，亦向英國施壓不要用華為的5G科技。

在中國的海外居民尙且要被迫聽命，不然隨時真正被「打返大陸」。但對於這班有名有勢，連楊千嬅作為香港一線歌手亦要在香港關鍵時刻表示對中國效忠，離棄正在爭取民主自由同時亦是令她有今時今日成就的香港市民，未免自貶身價 ，亦過份短視。

事緣

一切均由楊千嬅由對6月15日義士自殺在Instagram發出RIP帖而開始。然後有人發現她like何韻詩借台灣金曲獎來談香港的帖。她隨後急急刪帖，並說自己戶口被盜用。這引起香港到中國社交網絡的關注，香港人失望，向她淸算，批她彈弓手，要吃兩家茶禮；中國人則直接將她與何韻詩歸邊，指她港獨。正在中國巡演，一直活躍中國的她透過她旗下的經理人公司，亦即是她老公丁子高的公司正向娛樂發出聲明，同時她亦在微博出帖說「我在香港出生及長大，我愛這遍土地，也熱愛我的祖國。我相信明天會更好。」

無可否認，楊千嬅這次也算是不幸，她本人尚算是受害者。不過，在是非黑白常被顛倒的緊張時刻，樂迷心痛失望要與她劃淸距離也無可厚非，碎碟樂迷M Ching Ckc也語重心祥︰「令佢知道賺人民幣無所謂，代價係失去一個由佢唱片都未有機會出就留意佢既支持者。」

要記住，沒有誰比誰高尙，沒有下流只有更下流。這樣擺一個歌手上枱，不盡公平；有人更借此事對當事者再作人身攻撃，其他偶像粉絲借此批鬥，更是無賴。大家忘記的是，香港演藝界早已名存實亡，早為打入中國市場而將香港人的尊嚴販賣。那些一早參加愚民的中國演唱真人騷的，或直接與建制做friend成文匯之友的，或連聲也不敢出沉默不語的歌手藝人，無一不虛偽，甚至更可視為見死不救。只要他們一日要賺人民幣，明日他們也可以是楊千嬅。

雖然如此，我們還是要針對楊千嬅，批評她這次的處理。我們批評楊千嬅，實質是痛罵中國借用其國家優勢，壓迫香港音樂人，剥削他們的言論自由。香港主流音樂之死，正正與香港失去本土定位及價值有重大關係。近年香港歌手被大家以「偽人」之稱，就是因為他們為迎合大陸市場而對自己的言論自我審查，連以前已經不大的言論空間也自我奄割，一句真話不敢講，只敢說模稜兩可之言，那他們製造出來的音樂也自然變為空洞無物的商品吧。

香港人有權利用僅有的言論自由，楊千嬅大可向外解釋，堂堂正正，磊磊落落，但偶像老了就是老了，她偏選擇以極苯拙超迂腐勁過時的公關手段，僅以愛國宣言來向中國低頭，結果一夜間名譽掃地。粉絲撐她要顧全大局，要養唱片公司及音樂人團隊？這說得通，但說穿了還只是有關她個人得失，也只是愛你變成害你的「愚愛」。香港唱片工業她甚至陳奕迅都撐不起，其腐敗程度早需要重新啟動。中國市場只是上了岸的香港歌手的金地，帶協不到新晉歌手之餘，更要他們承受壓制言論自由的毒風及矮化貶值了的香港本土文化與身份認同。

那最棘手的問題來了，中國的propaganda行動讓我們看不起陪過我們長大，我們曾經喜歡的歌手藝人，那我們應選擇怎樣處理今日的他們？那麼我們可怎樣再檢視香港的流行文化？楊千嬅，一個在千禧年可謂最經典的港式流行文化人物，方麗娟余春嬌校長，如何可以從她在香港流行文化一夜間劃掉？

有趣地，這與國泰的難題如出一轍。有人認為杯葛國泰這些香港公司，正正墮入中國政府想打亂香港秩序及香港人身份的詭計，因為打撃香港公司，最終受益的會是中資的競爭者。此說有其道理，但亦有漏洞。

會杯葛的消費者，或用國泰的人通常是中產，他們有意識杯葛，自然懂用外國航空；而不關心治政治的港人，不理三七廿一，平時也只是看那個較抵，國泰的存在對他們根本不重要。另一方面，盲目支持爛掉了的蘋果也屬不智做法，幫不了忙。

此說法，唯一要記著的是，瓦解香港人身份是中國一直夢寐以求的目標。由強拆天星到一切殖民地色彩建築，到今日用人民幣將香港歌手藝人協持的做法，都有相同的本質。那我們究竟可做什麼？

要割蓆？我們不能亦不可，因為這只會迫她更加走進中國；同時與她割蓆亦與即矮化我們的本土流行文化，我們打得爛家中唱片，卻洗不掉腦裡回憶，抹不走她在流行文化留下的足跡。我們可做的，要繼續用動之以情，曉之以理。明星在乎大眾反應，只要我們繼續表示對她的失望，製造推動論述，讓她知道她在香港累積的「喜愛」已被人民幣磨滅，才是我們最有威力的攻勢。

你有個個也有

楊千嬅意外走紅後到今天不意外地染紅，難怪令人心痛，讓不少樂迷會有「想不到活動發展至今這是最令我失望心痛的一幕」的感慨。當中最心酸的，還是當中反差之大。

人人都知楊千嬅變了，沒有過去的勇，已成圓滑過人的「樂壇人瑞」，對她早沒期望。但只是沒想過低點可以這麼低，實在與她當年她以接近「獨立音樂」姿態與意識形態走紅，「沒有千萬堆頭，心口得個勇字」，帶著「反文化」駐腳的形象相差太遠。更甚的是，那個十幾廿年間一直唱著演著不夠信心，天資不夠，仍然要堅持努力的典型「香港人」身份，一度是港女代言人的楊千嬅，在大染缸中竟淪落為中國香港女士楊千嬅，怎能不唏噓？

從來香港人愛楊千嬅，是高牆與雞蛋中選擇雞蛋的高尙選擇。沒有想過，今時今日，在雞蛋與高牆的黑白之戰之時，楊千嬅，及很多其他「楊千嬅」，均埋沒良心選擇黑暗。

作為林夕的一塊肉，唱盡無數細膩玄妙自省的歌詞的楊千嬅，有望能細心用心再讀林夕為她親身訂造的歌詞，就算不再烈女，也要讓傷過的初心重新再跳，保住我們的真情性。我們，繼續努力。

香港主權轉移到中國大陸二十年，即時成照妖鏡，將香港娛樂圈的妖怪面口一一呈現。與一眾政府機構部門一樣，歌手也爭著向雜種獻媚，唱主權回歸的爛政治歌外，還要在音樂會上載歌載舞。做了醜事羞家事，本應低低調調，但這班偽人明星就是不知廉恥，還要在Social Media高調post相，感激有份演出，真正厚義廉。

香港歌手虛偽，也早知道了十幾廿年的事。我也不用點名指誰有份獻媚，因為基本上主流音樂公司的歌手，尤其非環球、華納（國際公司分支）的香港唱片公司，或者因為環球等被施較少壓力去獻媚，所以英皇與寰亞等唱片公司就要出盡動員載歌載舞慶香港淪陷。

當然，你會說，人在江湖身不由己，都係為人民幣力量。係，搵足幾世人都夠用的錢，坐擁幾多物業也不夠的。錢還是要搵，工還是要做，所以他們就要將自己的快樂建基在香港人的痛苦與骨氣之上——簡單講就是賣港的歌妓所為。

很多人說其實香港還有好音樂，係，香港的indie scene 確實終於做出生氣，就連明要做廢青的hip hop文化就走出來了。不過，普羅大眾還是只會聽流行音樂，電台播那些，這是世界定律。所以，縱使我們高興indie scene越來越好，也不要幼稚以為單靠indie scene就可以改變整個香港文化，更不要幼稚地想你與主流份子合作了就可以改變整個大環境。因為只要你是part of the system，那你最後只會變為part of the system。睇90年代，一系列indie人確實闖進了主流，但最後呢，現在的主流音樂變成怎樣了？

現在香港的流行音樂垃圾，不只是因為音樂本身悶蛋無創意，而是他們唱不出任何新聲音，代表不到現今年輕人——更不用提到什麼創意音樂性了。香港樂壇技巧好的音樂人與樂手大有人在，但問題是主流唱片公司的框架下，香港政治環境下，大家連真話也不敢說，只懂做TVB 師奶劇式的話題，或是903 式大愛主題。喂，而家香港基本上連希望都冇，除左何韻詩黃耀明外，點解歌手連一句意見，有關香港前景的話都不敢表達？又或是只懂圓滑避重就輕地講咩hk is dying, 我們繼續爭取的空洞言論？

外國歌手連Katy Perry 呢類型最trashy走小朋友市場的歌手也敢支持弱世社群表達政治意見爭取更好的社會。不用說遠，台灣歌手這幾年一直高調LGBT 社群。香港水深火熱，但香港歌手，除左繼續避重就輕外，繼續在FB INSTA 只會出自拍相，好一點就是大愛地關注外國事。香港？佢地統統連一句真說話都唔敢講，一句叫共產黨滾返香港，叫重拾香港法治也不會說，批評政府的話一句都聽不到，最基本我要真普選或民主亦不敢表達——這些不是叫徹底赤化，完全淪陷？

如果，這些不是香港音樂業墮落的理由，那還有什麼是更好的理由？對於一群口講不政治，但實質卻是政府維穩工具，做propoganda 的歌手，還不夠淪落，還不就是將香港變成自我封閉不敢說真話的大陸？

唱不出時代的歌，連時代也不敢正面回應的音樂，代表不了新世代的聲音的流行音樂，只有一群虛偽打工的音樂人及短視的音樂商人，又怎會不是垃圾？空有形而無實，脫離文化背景，文化？不，垃圾。

最近因為受到公眾抗議，與及音樂人如來自Bristol 的經典組合Massive Attack 杯葛拒絕在當場地表演後，Bristol Music Trust決定把英國Bristol最大的音樂場地Colston Hall 改名，翻新其identity。

Colston Hall 取名於十七位紀的商人Edward Colston， 他同時販賣黑奴（slave trader）。Countering Colston 是民間發起希望將所有有Colston 名字的地方改名的campaign，希望公眾停止歌頌販賣黑奴的歴史以及有份參與販賣的歴史人物。

由九十年代開始Bristol 一向是十分活躍於民間社運的左傾城市，藝術發展尤其是次文化是英國的先鋒，著名的graffiti artist Banksy 便是來自Bristol，同時Trip Hop音樂浪潮亦是來自Bristol，Massive Attack及Portishead均來自此城。

達明一派卅一派對被消失一事，最新發展是證實周杰倫應就是黃耀明口中因為好驚影響大陸工作而要求海報下架的人。

這是黃耀明的direct quote 「因為嗰個人真係好驚，對方話有好多工作喺內地，驚個海報影響佢，其實海報入面有成80個人，入面個個都人唔似人，達明唔似達明，都混合咗，但既然佢咁驚，公司老闆都覺得唔好阻人哋發達，唔好阻到人工作，決定下架。」

然後，唱片公司杰威爾音樂以肖像權作擋箭牌，指「此海報屬於商業宣傳，使用周杰倫肖像和改圖未事先知會或得到本公司同意，因此本公司基於保護及尊重藝人權益立場而向主辦方反映。」

不過，香港沒肖像權，而相片是正式向明周買的，反方卻又說「台灣其實有肖像權」，而關鍵是其實咁樣冇經過人授權用人家樣做宣傳商業活動是否合理。

好啦好啦，我當你講的都合理，但請問否可不要作詭辯，taken out of context，這個問題明明重心不是什麼肖像與否，而是他要求抽起海報是因為政治考慮，是基於這會影響他大陸的工作。這種自我審查，面對大陸的政治強權而自己跪低的手法是這整個事件的重心，亦是需要被譴責的地方。其他什麼肖像不肖像，都是詭辯。

不過，我姑且與你講法律。

好啦，人人突然又法律專家上身，喜歡談肖像權Personality rights，其實有幾多人明白什麼是肖像權？我們先看偉大的Wiki的解釋

The right of publicity, often called personality rights, is the right of an individual to control the commercial use of his or her name, image, likeness, or other unequivocal aspects of one’s identity. It is generally considered a property right as opposed to a personal right, and as such, the validity of the right of publicity can survive the death of the individual (to varying degrees depending on the jurisdiction).

A commonly cited justification for this doctrine, from a policy standpoint, is the notion of natural rights and the idea that every individual should have a right to control how, if at all, his or her “persona” is commercialized by third parties. Usually, the motivation to engage in such commercialization is to help propel sales or visibility for a product or service, which usually amounts to some form of commercial speech (which in turn receives the lowest level of judicial scrutiny). If an individual violates this right they will have to through a lawsuit.

簡單而言，所謂肖像權其實是針對「第三團體」將一個人的形象商業化commercialized，而這種商業化的目的是促銷及達到宣傳效果。以這個標準，我們不如看看達明一派卅一派海報如何有利用周杰倫的肖像來促銷？咦，八十人的人海中佢只係其中一位，更被遮了半個樣，所以基本上就算打官司，周杰倫的肖象權在呢個case 上基本上就不能成立，沒有勝算。

再者，雖然周杰倫係pop star，但都要展現應有的基本藝術知識及常識吧。在藝術挪用現成的流行文化或icon根本是尋常事，不只原裝Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band封套，就如The Smiths 經典iconic 的封套設計，那些一個個經典電影場口及歌手演員印上了The Smiths 的字，是整個藝術創意表達，正常從事藝術創作的人都不會反智得去反對。

另一方面，正如原裝Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band封套，那些剪貼人物基本上全是極具才華及名氣的名人，Karl Marx, Oscar Wilde、Bobby Breen⋯⋯全是對他們的名氣及成就的一個肯定，簡單來說基本上是hall of fame。達明一派卅一派對的取向稍有不同，但放上去的都是在香港舉足輕重具影響力的名人明星，周杰倫作為台灣歌手能登上港版的「名人台」，其實理應高興。

一句講哂，我認為周杰倫在大陸搵錢，怕沒有言論自由的大陸封殺是人之常情，係咪，阻人發達猶如殺人父母，不用理什麼言論自由或是香港人的政治考慮的。但係，既然咁鍾意發大陸財，那就需要光明正大表明愛國，不要左避右避怕，自我審查，直接說出來，更不要用什麼肖像權來辯護。做到不虛偽，光明正大，那我亦祝願周杰倫在大陸繼續賺大錢。

講咁多總有人反智又咁又咁，好啦，舉個例，如果有張海報係咁呢，就唔同講法啦。到時先講尊重唔尊重，肖像唔肖像啦。

根據蘋果日報的報導，台灣歌手周杰倫的唱片公司杰威爾音樂承認有向環球投訴在海報中出現，理由是對方沒有得到他們同意，指「此海報屬於商業宣傳，使用周杰倫肖像和改圖未事先知會或得到本公司同意，因此本公司基於保護及尊重藝人權益立場而向主辦方反映。」

不過，這沒有證明周杰倫就是黃耀明口中的「那個好驚好驚」令海報下架的人。
