由平原習作到現今已在樂壇已近兩年的小塵埃一直都是低調但卻是香港新聲音的中流砥柱，多搞作卻低調，由最初模彷First Aid Kit般的new americana 民謠到最近開始轉到較接近所謂「花草系」的淸新民謠聲音，在上年交出了《飛吧! 獨角仙》這出色簡約單曲，都一直見小塵埃在音樂上的進展。

今年會再推出新專輯的小塵埃將會繼續與Edward Chan 及李一丁合作，找來年資極長的插畫家雷小門為單曲作插畫，音樂則原來歸向更「indie」的結他聲音，聲音比起之前更內向更subtle，稍前推出首支單曲《化險為夷》，效果算是一般，火花不大，但卻見音樂方向轉變。這次帶來的《卜卜卜》????則有點像修成正果，是首搶耳兼出色的單曲。

《卜卜卜》傳透的惕透質感，直接裸露但又不過火的情感送遞已在廣東作品裏頭消失了一陣子。而且這個男女對唱，加上填詞的風格，竟然讓人想起Pixel Toy 【喔噢】。這個由結他到「post」 後搖的ambient 影響重的氣氛編曲，與那個string 的演奏，全是出色到位，沒多沒少，是真音樂。

另一方面填詞的阿凡（李一丁）的詞也是沒有多餘的說話，老土童氣的風格的「愛情」主題，竟然脆異地讓人覺得這是與AMK的《阿凡，您健談又靚仔》是有直接關係——當然，或者，也許是本人多心了。

由視覺????????計到聲音的打理，已知道小塵埃新專輯將會是本年香港樂迷應該要多期待意的作品。

一直默默耕耘的本地rapper MastaMic馬高米離2013年的首張專輯【流行反撃戰】已三年，除了一系列的Rap up 外便沒有正式作品面世。今年正式回歸主流格式音樂的他先帶來了講述弱肉強食的社會的《Jungle》，由主題到音樂都可算是意料之內，一貫他上張專輯的風格。不過，這次第二張單曲則來個一八十度轉身，《Good Times》打正旗號賣的是舞池快樂，就連視覺也突然簡約甚至hipster 起來，突然一片粉色色調。

或者這是乘著Jazz Rap強旅De La Soul 今年的回歸，所以馬米也忽然要玩起jazzy disco 作品起來。也不深究，對比起像De La Soul或台灣蛋堡等的jazz hip hop，這支單曲就更撤底的走向funky 舞池disco 風格，減退hip-hop 元素，基本上是一支極度polished 的出色throw-back 舞池單曲，format 及走向亦是預朞之內，反而最尾的大合唱部份突然劃龍睛，變得很本土地踎，十分愛。

流行本身冇分界限，Genre 也只是方便大家label 及研究，好時光就不應分什麼類，慶幸原來香港樂壇仍有力製作一首精煉的funky hip hop 作品，放置世界也不失威，原來我們可以做到。
