達明一派用演唱會形式完整唱出他們的專輯的消息已經傳出了一陣子，等到2020年，他們終於搞《Replay》，重玩1989年的【意難平】以及1990年的【神經】兩張唱片。剛好是【神經】的三十週年，剛好香港的抗爭運動與局勢亦進入另一階段，我想，也是時候要將【神經】這張經典專輯重新檢閱評價。

在1990年推出，【神經】是8964後，其中一張回應天安門屠殺事件的專輯。有別盧冠廷的【1989】或是夏韶聲的《媽媽我沒有做錯》等民謠作品，【神經】看六四及香港都是依舊其一貫風格：抽離但不離地，婉轉卻到肉，感情澎湃卻不流於煽情暴露。達明一派用批判思維，用音樂寫出對社會的觀察，混合流行文化與幽默，製作出這張【神經】，讓達明成為香港流行文化經典中的經典。

評論音樂，常常提到一張唱片能否經歷歲月的洗禮，【神經】正正就是一張三十年以來無論在音樂到主題內容都依舊relevant的經典作品。專輯是香港樂壇「概念專輯」的原形，探討的那些香港與中國及英國的關係，那些去或留的感受，諷刺地，到今時今日的香港，不只依然適用應景，而且更因為這張專輯的歷史而令歌曲有更深、更額外的意義。

音樂性上，【神經】亦是達明一派真正由一隊大量向歐日音樂取經的new wave 樂隊升格為只此一家集合中西影響的art rock樂團。專輯將藝術與流行融合，擴展音樂元素，在樂器的音色及彈奏方法上都突破一般傳統流行音樂的層面，編曲踏上頂尖水平同時卻依然能保持流行元素，不為實驗而實驗，結果就是一張無論在音樂到主題都緊扣合一的出色流行專輯。

專輯用《今天我願你平安,阿們》作開幕，以與聖誕有聯系的《今天應該很高興》營造末世、消極氣氛，然後徐徐送上帶有爵士氣氛的《你情我願》，加入英國國歌，基本上就是《今天應該很高興》的續集。《你情我願》的neon light都市感覺、art rock風格不只令人聯想起Roxy Music 的《Avalon》，當中在氣氛的營造上的出色，亦毫不遜色：那些細碎的處理，鼓聲的回音，配上周耀輝弔詭的「愛情」比喻，到最後用《God save the queen》作結尾，不是完美是什麼。

緊接重回到他們synth pop的根的《諸神的黃昏》，最精彩的地方是作品用了不同的鼓來製造較像民族色彩的氣氛及節拍，為稍後較raw、acoustic的民謠作品舖路。至於歌曲內容，當中的群魔亂舞的意象，「從病態演變成形　濃燄已安葬黎明/從廝殺的角落裡驚叫一抹鮮血屠城/ 祈望眾生更虔誠」，可以直接用在2019年及今時今日的香港。

Stripped to basic 的《皇后大盜》用簡單粗糙的結他，Synth的點綴，奇妙的和音運用，加上音樂間奏中畫龍點睛的結他，寫成了這首音樂公路電影。悲哀的是，這個大盜，走了三十年，仍然未能停下來，情懷處境依舊：大盜成手足，只能煲底見，只肯嫁手足。已斷去路，面對如今的絕境，不少的犧牲，我們亦只能繼續唱「沙滾滾願彼此珍重過。」（《皇后大盜》受 Wim Wenders的公路電影《Kings of The Road》啟發，日後亦成為黃耀明自己的專輯名字）

加入中國色彩達明一派在《石頭記》等舊作已做過，但在《天問》則是將中國當代民謠(崔健）、Pageant元素、北方音樂色彩融為一爐的傑作。嗩吶、琵琶的聲音，最終被扭曲成警號siren，過了三十年，歷史還是重演。

改編自1968年《明星之歌》的《排名不分先後左右忠奸(無大無細超)》加入六十年代流行元素，是專輯中的分隔線，將沉重氣氛減退，成為達明一派嬉笑怒罵的政治satire，當中的和音風格亦成為日後黃耀明的人山人海的音樂元素，同時亦成為日後達明一派與香港的切入點。

再續1988年《你還愛我嗎》的reggae影響與camp 味，這次《十個救火的少年》擺明車馬向牙買加取經，大放加勒比海的夏日、節日風情，騎騎尼原來是因為要包裝著潘源良這個其實十分可悲，但一針見血、歷久常新的寓言故事。那個簡單但iconic的結他的滑弦及那些和音，那個歡樂感，是達明一派獨有的港式聲音。

重回Europe disco/synth pop 的根的《講嘢》已算是專輯中最平淡的作品，但在編曲上的仔細位置依然是精彩。《愛彌留》又是在氣氛意境上不能更上乘的傑作，細密鼓聲打奏出來的暗湧是這時代的忐忑心情，屬專輯的首支「內向」作品，亦是過度到三拍子的《開口夢》的最佳之選。《開口夢》雋永甜美dreamy，但其實何秀萍寫的，本質上依然是《十個救火的少年》的悲哀。「如場戲　忘掉就算」，不過怎想到，相隔三十年，原來香港人多了個族群，他們不選擇忘記，而是索性改寫歷史。

《God Save the Queen》是《皇后大盜》的reprise，黃耀明唱出「沙滾滾願彼此珍重過」作結，百感交集卻不失願景的結局。

【神經】不只是一張結集藝術與流行的經典傑作，更是一個時代的snapshot。推出之今三十年後，份量不減反增，在今年重聽，意境更淒美，內容更入心入肺。當中歌詞的份量亦是尖峰，是周耀輝的代表作。歐美音樂媒體常推The Smiths的【The Queen is Dead】為流行經典，恰巧【神經】不只在音樂上有取經之餘，亦同樣刻載著時代的重量，所以被我們捧為香港流行音樂的最佳專輯，自然當之無愧。

小塵埃更大聲自信地唱出香港Country sound

Sony 旗下的平原習作的小塵埃Lil Ashes當年一開聲已知道是整個計劃的靈魂單位，他們的譜曲能力以及主音湯凱婷Pollie的聲線都是廣東音樂裏難得的原石，只經打磨必可散發光芒。不用等太久，不過三年，小塵埃帶來第二張正式專輯【A Little Louder】已經比首張專輯來個大躍進，這次小塵埃繼續由李一丁與edward chan製作，擺脫早期模彷其他樂團（尤其First Aid Kit旳音色），這次從新美式民謠neo americana與country 上取靈感，用聲上更簡潔更明確，結合獨立guitar pop 乾淨利落地處理結他音色與及indie pop裏頭跳脫可愛的音樂靈魂，在音樂到主題上都突破被定型為「小淸新」的框框，成就這張在音色到情感上都有誠實動人特質的【A Little Louder】。

用結他淸唱的《想》來打開專輯序幕，可見專輯有更intimate,更想窺探內心感受的取向，而緊接的單曲《卜卜卜》便正是擁有這特質，那簡約而空靈的音樂氣氛，彷彿真的叫我們忘記香港到世界的所有噪音及問題——但【A Little Louder】不只是只關小趣小愛的離地避世專輯，專輯中《嗚》開始的主題便觸及個人生存、價值觀到對理想追求的路的困難，唱出了小塵埃作為香港人，作為一個「成長」中的人在殘酷現實中所感到的無力感，同時亦以樂觀態度唱出堅強不放棄的態度。

《嗚》最令人興奮的單曲，這傳統Country 節奏令人像是向經典輕快country單曲如Kenny Roger 《Ruby, Don’t Take Your Love to Town》取經。以廣東歌直接唱country 節拍在香港廣東樂十分少見，對上一個或者是林子祥吧？這次《嗚》用廣東話唱country 節拍，由填詞上那些童趣的叠字到用廣東話式硬硬的吐字的效果都十分有趣，是廣東樂罕見的country moment。

《嗚》後的專輯首支單曲《化險為夷》是《嗚》的正面態度的延續，

狂風吹得多快
還吹散了霧霾
原來像禍害的東西
都可以愛戴

作為一支單曲，《化險為夷》不算特別注目，但放在專輯中緊接《嗚》，則讓人更明白這單曲的主題及音樂用意，令作品更有價值。

跟著專輯animals inspired歌曲都充滿著想像，由Jonathan 主唱的《瞎子摸象》是叫叫堅持於世界只有「黑與白」的人放開思想，唱出「真身不只一個」的文字遊戲；向萬物學習的《萬物之靈》則是加入一點disco,dance beat忽然upbeat起來的作品，迎接上年已收錄於音樂劇【只談喜愛不談戀愛】的單曲《飛吧！獨角仙》。

【A Little Louder】作為一張全新的full length album 確實有一點短，亦有一些歌曲有點似是「filler」之感，不應那麼慳水慳力放在這專輯中，像《飛吧！獨角仙》便與整張專輯的音樂風格不太夾，或因唱片公司的活動要翻唱盧冠廷的《陪著你走》，又或是回到首張專輯的《Don’t Say Sorry》都基本可以刪走或放在最尾叫做bonus tracks，令真正這專輯的新materials 有更一氣呵成的表達。不過，在廣東樂裏頭缺????乏年輕、創新的好音樂的環境下，聽到這次真的唱得更響亮更自信的小塵埃唱著又平易動人又不失創意與想像力的廣東音樂，算是為廣東音樂打了一枝強心針。

麥浚龍音樂的好只是觀點與角度嗎

反覆聽著【Evil is a Point of View 問世】，不是因為專輯精彩得叫我忍不著聽完又聽，而是在全城讚好Juno時，這叫我反思究竟是我不懂麥浚龍的音樂，還是麥浚龍的音樂的出色是我忽略了？

麥浚龍用心用力用錢做音樂是不用質疑的了，這亦是在香港主流樂壇裏頭值得讚揚的地方。這專輯一如以往，整體音樂的統一性是頂級的。但除此之外，我還是找不到太多亮點。

反思一︰中文音樂中音樂與文字的關係

這專輯帶來的亦是一個很好的問題︰在中文音樂中文字與音樂的關係究竟是怎麼????的呢？找來周耀輝及林夕填寫這個劊子手雛妓的故事，但這個所謂的故事其實又有什麼值得細讀？當中有什麼出色情節？這個故事在文字上及主題上，有什麼新東西，有什麼真的需要反思嗎？這個linear narrative，其實用音樂說出來，有需要嗎？音樂有幫助文字嗎？究竟這是音樂主導，還是文字先行？

問了那麼多問題，當然，我的判斷是這是為文造情，這是兩個詞人的文字作業，但出色嗎，藝術價值高嗎，否。這種將整個專輯化????為一個完整故事的做法在廣東樂上也不算是罕有事，像林夕為梁漢文在金牌時期的專輯，例如【六月的故事】，亦是其中一個，但出來的效果，與這張【問世】一樣，效果還是不標青。

反思二︰Juno可以唱少一點，音樂少一點vocal唱的部份嗎？故事有需要這樣多冗字wordy 嗎？

【Evil is a Point of View 】有的是廣東流行曲統一完整的製作，除了歌詞，整張專輯的音色都是統一地暗啞低沉。【Evil is a Point of View 】依然像【Addendum】，整張專輯有近一半歌曲都是耳熟打油詩一樣的廣東流行曲式，就算是這次在選曲上已經擴展到更多音樂人，甚至用上台灣的許哲珮及陳珊妮，亦沒有為旋律改善，個別歌曲旋律欠分明的輪廊，聽完也搞不淸那首打那首。

編曲亦有類似問題，除了那些所謂「型格電子」欠缺實際的實驗元素，不夠新外，不少作品想要打造Massive Attack 那些陰暗但爛漫美麗的電子流行曲，有些是較好的，但更多的都是平庸重覆，礙於唱、旋律到編曲的問題。最讓我不明白的是，其實一張專輯是否要所有作品都是如此wordy 需要密密麻麻那麼多字的作品？麥浚龍那單薄one dimensional 的聲線不斷表演vocal gymnastics 既不是音樂上的享受，亦不出他的聲線究竟與那些文字有什麼實際關係。當然，唱歌好不好聽自然是主觀事亦難以量化及科學化地討論，但麥浚龍的演繹肯定是他的音樂裏頭最弱一環，one-diemnsional 缺乏層次細致的演繹，重重覆覆唱來唱好都是那種樣板戲，想像看TBB劇那些明星演員演戲，套套一樣，換個造型換個髮型就當是演技，有點似Juno唱歌。

整體音樂三分好七分OK，實驗性不夠，流行度好聽度亦不足

無論是模彷久石讓的氣勢的《劊子手最後一夜》、又或是《初開》像回到九十年代無綫電視劇古裝戲的片尾曲，這專輯的音樂很多都盡是雞肋，平淡，要煽情又不夠煽情，音樂不夠深刻。

當然，還是有較好的，《你前來我過去》就是專輯的賣碟單曲，真正「好聽好唱」的K歌；《呻吟》中那話劇化的編曲更容易讓juno 唱出當中脈膊，orcehstral的處理帶起的起承轉合最能帶動情緒，可見孔奕佳帶來的新意，亦沖淡專輯整體混混沌沌的音樂氣氛；《清靜》是在整專輯中的「電子」領域中最出色最獨特的作品。不過，我還沒有提及這張專輯中的真正亮點，就是蔡德才主理的《孽》。

蔡德才一直是Juno 的音樂夥伴中的低調一員，但每每都搶過了其他人的鏡，以前的《無念》便是麥浚龍其中一代表單曲，這次他編的兩首結合「東方」音樂元素與較arty/experimental較貼近minimal techno的電子音效亦是整張專輯的淸泉，亦最貼近專輯歌詞主題。

《如來像去》是首奇妙的Tango「舞曲」，以string 的plucking 回應「佛教」主題，再帶聽眾跌入煩擾紛亂的電子音域。不過，這只是整張專輯高潮的前奏，《孽》是近年廣東樂的出色音樂作業，由電子到二胡到最後的人聲合唱Acapella ，這才是叫做真正的音樂，真正的音樂實驗。尾段的大合唱既將故事變得更真實，亦令作品有話劇的氣質，突然人性化起來，十分精彩。

回想起來，若然這專輯是一個舞台劇的副產品，其實更具說服力，現在這專輯視他為主流流行唱片，它又不夠好聽；視他為偏鋒實驗，它又完全靠不到邊；當是一本讀物，那典型「罪與孽」的故事又沒有太多可讀性。Juno 善於做PR，在網絡如何展現他的魅力，讓一眾創作人音樂人粉粉讚好，很難不讓人覺得他的音樂確實是頂級——我聽完又聽，也是因為這個原因，這種洗腦式的mediatised narrative，確實有用的。不過，現在碟評終於寫完，終於。

黃偉文協助的欣宜重生計劃【Joyce】

雖然欣宜在2011年便已推出首張專輯【有故事的人】，但因為都是唱那些電視主題曲等面目模糊的作品，所以音樂命運都像是一眾駐大婆台助紂為弱的那班irrelevant 歌手一樣，只有大婆台的忠實支持者才㑹聽會理。

在之前的音樂幾乎都是無綫三線劇那些老土到連師奶都未必鍾意的歌曲的情況之下，對於本身已是household name 的欣宜要reboot其音樂事業絕不是難事，首先換個班底，找來香港樂迷熟識的那班就已經可以讓欣宜重回香港流行音樂的loop了——確實這次星娛樂就是讓欣宜與其他熱門音樂班底合作，並將專輯名字改為欣宜的英文名【Joyce】，是將欣宜重新定位將形象變得較立體的專輯。

這個過程也花了不少時間，專輯首支推出的單曲是2014年與陳換仁合作的《Stupid with You》，填詞的是林若寧及陳奐仁。以音樂計，這首像Clean Bandit與Jess Glynne 加入少少soul味近九十年代風格的跳舞快歌效果是新鮮淸爽，比起同是陳奐仁製作的《你瘦夠了嗎》亦有更好效果，至少音樂元素上更爽朗，亦不是陳奐仁仍然是沉迷著像為楊千嬅製作的Soft Cell《Tainted Love》翻版《當女飛俠愛上萬能俠》的過氣「電子元素」。

不過，流行音樂（尤其鍾意撚詞的香港）從來就不單是計音樂，而是整個形象、message 及marketing strategy。由《你瘦夠了嗎》開始，欣宜找來黃偉文為她改造形象，黃偉文直接了當，將一直大眾對欣宜最多意見的「體重」及「身形」成為歌曲主題及噱頭。一下子欣宜勇敢面對體重問題，配合成功的online marketing 將請來其他名人協力的MV 好好推廣，迅速為一眾較肥胖身形的人的代言人。

這個成功對欣宜自己到香港樂壇來說都算是意義重大，這幾年香港的主流樂壇的唱片公司的A&R尤其廢，每個捧出來的歌手都一模一樣，都是那些樂觀正面低谷高山罐頭音樂，吳業坤的跑出亦是靠他自己落力在網上開拓聽眾群，成功切合他的「毒男形象」。這次欣宜成功將自己的音樂形象改造，終於為自己唱出一條血路，純屬就是敢做不一樣的主題，終於唱出自己及其代表的大眾的聲音。

黃偉文為欣宜改造的第二部曲《????分手是常識吧》夥拍樂壇的新寵樂隊Supper Moment，走搖滾路線。無論旋律、在Goro Wong 較重型的處理的手法到黃偉文的歌詞上，都明顯沒有擊中作為單曲的sweet spot，話題與形象都不夠淸晰。不過這支主打的最重要訊息「分手是常識吧」至少還成功deliver，就是欣宜終於年輕活潑起來，是有血有肉識潮語的年輕人，亦終於與喊苦喊忽的香港苦情音樂侯群症劃淸界線，唱出新時代的戀愛新態度。

黃偉文的最後一章《女神》再次延續《你瘦夠了嗎》的成功，基本上建基於《你瘦夠了嗎》與《分手是常識吧》主題上的延伸，唱出女性要忠於自我，對抗外間的種種父權角度的點評，不要被戀愛撃倒的訊息，貫穿欣宜的新public persona，將欣宜的整個個性立體地呈現。這次MV找來一眾女名人參與，配合歌曲重新演繹潮語「女神」的背景，歌曲將女性的主體發光發亮，一晚間欣宜成為香港的feminist 的代表，大家在Facebook 瘋傳歌曲。

《女神》不是什麼特別主題，在港樂也時時出現，但經過兩首作品的舖排，黃偉文的「新欣宜三步曲」最終章終於可謂完美地收結，不僅為欣宜吐氣，亦為黃偉文近年的歌詞吐過眉。這基本上是黃偉文繼「羅生門」後的另一出色音樂企劃，不過「羅生門」中沒有的深度及社會價值，在《女神》中卻由深刻及多層次的意象中表達出來，這亦是以前黃偉文的《反高潮》、《燕尾蝶》的層次。（最近薛凱琪的重生作《Miss Fiona》其實想走類似路線，若然周耀輝成功做到類似的水平，薛凱琪整個新形象效果亦會更好吧。）

巧妙地，《女神》的藍奕邦單位亦正正是這種自我鞭策歌曲的大股東，這首像回歸到八十年代流行曲的老氣（或大器）正是藍奕邦早前自己的作品《為執著乾杯》的延續。

不過，讚夠了，除了黃偉文有份參與的三首作品，其他的歌曲明顯在主題到音樂性都未能配合整個「新欣宜」的計劃。翻唱《給最開心的人》較好，很成功地將欣宜的靚聲表達；《如同自己》是近年Unleash 那班為天堂鳥等製作音樂的歌的那種較廿一世紀的歐洲流行的聲及編排，都OK，但結尾一曲二用的《A Never Ending Sea》又忽然喊苦喊忽起來，說好的「別降階到流亡情海」呢？

如果整張唱片變為EP，只剩黃偉文三部曲、《Stupid with you》及《給最開心的人》其實將會是一張完整的廣東流行唱片。現在呢，屬有頭威冇尾陣，現在是有點miss and hit，像欣宜本身的形象，如果不參與將自己呀媽等私人個人的感情拎出來做廉價廣告，就更討好了。不過，這張碟的重心，還是整個音樂策劃的成功，成功將欣宜的音樂變得relevant，成功把欣宜由一個「肥妹」到2016年的新女性典範。欣宜這次自信撩鼻屎，下次希望可以去盡一點，音樂可以更上一層樓，比歌曲本身的話題及形象更精彩。

講起方皓玟，我記得的是早十幾年她去台灣出過碟，唱得好，但形象和歌路都是過目即忘的平凡。然後浮浮沉沉回流香港，出過一些容祖兒類MK歌，依舊無甚記憶點。真正讓我開始留意她的，是換公司後「異流」、「超生記」和「Lady Copy」那堆作品。脫離大公司的方皓玟，有型有態度，音樂走得偏鋒了，也成功磨出自己的菱角和氣質。這十年的香港女歌手，幾乎沒有一個的聲音和音樂及得上她鮮明和精細。

近幾年，小明基本上一年只在網絡發布兩三首單曲，腳步明顯較以前慢一大截。然後，2015 年尾，她終於推出完整的專輯【404 Not Found】，收錄的是過去三年發布過的十首單曲。未講音樂前，專輯美術指導應先記一功。夠膽純白色封面上陣的本地流行歌手沒有幾個，加上內頁牛油紙加獨立歌詞卡的包裝，簡約得來又富質感。

講在前頭，專輯裡的十首歌都尚算高質，可惜敗於概念模糊。作為唱作歌手，小明算是商業和個人風格平衡得很好的一位。你叫她寫喊苦喊忽的「戀無可戀」可以，舞曲如「TMD」又交足貨。大概是因為去年跑出了「分手總約在雨天」，她做多了幾首曲風雷同的作品，以致專輯的歌某程度上兩走極端。一半的歌有型有格有內容，另一半就透出一陣陣上世紀懷舊情歌味。

可幸她唱失戀歌都有用心雕琢過，至少腔口不呆板，而且曲詞流暢。幾首情歌格局的作品裡，個人首選「Dt’z It」。木結他伴奏能襯托其聲線的優點，而且中間的英文獨白有點意識流的味道，像個邊唱邊跟自己對話的神經質女生，頗堪玩味。

而「你是你本身的傳奇」乍聽像楊千嬅早十年的作品，詞作雖然稍見老套，在日受壓迫的香港裡卻有種直白的感動。

我也想哭　你今天知道嗎

香港的勵志歌大概一向如「香港始終有你」般矯情，這首兜口兜面得來，又寫得乾淨俐落，實屬難得。可惜另外伍仲衡負責編曲的慢歌如「哭乾了眼淚」和「無人像你」等頗為乏味陳舊，聽下來便讓人忍不住一直想到衛蘭。

相比起來，專輯裡的非情歌無論題材或音樂均有趣得多。「我Like你」寫社交網絡的呃like心態，直線抽擊互聯網年代表面化的人際關係。筆鋒一轉，「唵嘛呢叭咪吽」以佛家六字真言出發，勸人「打開宇宙便萬有，別要讓惡念血沾兩手」，細閱下倒比較像「你是你本身的傳奇」的隱喻版。寫得過癮到位的還有「TMD」，說白一點就是中國話「他媽的」的縮寫，編曲精彩唱得跳脫。唯「虛偽」屬專輯另一小敗筆，即使找來PixelToy的何山編曲，也拯救不到其拖泥帶水的旋律。

算一算，YouTube也出現了差不多十年。在靠分享與like的年代，流行音樂同時悄悄走進一個新時代：單曲主導的年代。十年前我們還可以聽到概念完整的本地專輯如盧巧音的《天演論》，做一隻碟可以如小說般起承轉合，十年後連十首新歌的流行專輯也買少見少，更不要說執行甚麼概念了。

所以說這張專輯概念模糊，其實也有點不公平，畢竟它只是炒埋一碟的小炒皇，但起碼大廚炒得夠鑊氣，用料上乘。縱使調味稍嫌不勻，也絕對值得掏個腰包支持下。我只是覺得，如果連大排檔都收皮的話，以後我地就只剩返地溝油假蛋可以食。你明的。

楊千嬅如果沒有致敬就【剛剛好】

在極端政治氣候，香港最近的熱門關鍵字都是「本土」與「離地」，以此作為界線來界定那些是與自己同一陣線。楊千嬅當然離地，有錢人離地就像是自然定律一樣，少有例外。事業心重的楊千嬅走紅後一直處事圓滑聰明，就算是黎明時代，到現在黎明非老闆，楊千嬅還是說話客氣小心，不會得罪人。有個拼搏娛樂圈的老公有個仔有個親共親正苦的老闆的楊千嬅，今時今日當然不會參與政治議題，從來楊千嬅就不是特別政治，她的歌詞也多於自身，離地當然是自然選擇。

其實我們不是要審判歌手，我們有權輕視甚至鄙視離地歌手，但也不至於要窮追猛打或用來當非黑即白的判決。我們要打擊的一直都是香港樂壇的虛偽，只要不是討厭政治或親共親政府，離地也並非罪大惡極，畢竟歌手不是activist，改變改革也不會由歌手或有錢人上改的，只要不虛偽誠實對待政治議題就是我們希望見到的。原本楊千嬅離地上太空也不是叫人黑人憎那種，但點知呃like搞大左，唔熟歴史卻參與大陸微博向「抗日軍人」致敬而激嬲樂迷及香港人，忽然變了「致敬嬅」，不然【如果我們都擁有海】或者就很容易會無爭議地成為一張奇蹟地最「貼地」，最反映香港現況的大碟。

老土情懷，不老土的表達

【火鳥】後四年後的【如果我們都擁有海】是楊千嬅入行廿年的紀念專輯，以情懷為中心，打著老土牌回望過去，原本可以是很災難性的結果，最後反而竟然是張頗有討論價值的大碟。【如果我們都擁有海】再一次證明不僅楊千嬅確是林夕的一塊肉，她的音樂題材及歌詞的可讀性仍然是香港廣東樂的最高境界，這張的歌詞的寬闊意境及深度智慧，竟然再次能踏到【Unlimited】的級數，出現不少甚具智慧的精句。

【如果我們都擁有海】專輯名取自村上春樹，對於有人感到意外，其實這些人也確實不了解楊千嬅代表的文化符號吧。楊千嬅由華星時代開始歌名就玩文化經典，「仲夏夜之夢」、「野孩子」、「花與愛麗絲」，甚至你可說【夏天的故事】結尾曲「仲夏夜之夢」正是沙士比亞同名的【冬天的故事】的起源。當然，這扯得太遠，但楊千嬅是九十年代成長的文青到偽文青的心頭好，不無原因。

散文新詩氣質，林夕加入社會脈膊

【如果我們都擁有海】的散文新詩命名，在整張唱片的歌詞上也貫徹始終。在【Unlimited】中林夕獻「亦舒說」，這次的【如果我們都擁有海】就是一本亦舒愛情智慧集吧，林夕、黃偉文、藍奕邦及于逸堯竟能捨棄已成陳腔濫調，早在【火鳥】中寫到沒有盡頭的自我鞭策的主題，繼而將生與死、舊愛、感情、逝去的愛情、沒有結果的愛情及友情從新角度出發，更寫得如此深刻，貫徹楊千嬅之前的小小玄佛化思維，是香港歌詞界的頂尖境界。可以想像如果詞人沒有認真或功力填，隨時會是十首陳腔濫調的懷愐過去的主題，不用看得遠，就像專輯的敗筆林若寧的《來生舞》一樣，堆砌煽情陳腔濫調全軍覆沒，與歌曲本身的平庸乏味完全配合，是專輯的最低點。

不過，專輯第一首面世的《來生舞》不是沒有功用，整張專輯的主題感覺上產生得是很organic 的，像互相呼應，互相影響，所有歌詞都有不少linkage 及呼應，像有了一首才令到有第二首的出現，尤其是于逸堯填的兩首，都有如此的作用及感覺。

至於為何說這張碟是出奇地「貼地」及反映社會現況，這還不是多得林夕在專輯的序幕《愛在旁若無人的太空》與及結尾的《風起了》。前者基本上就是C AllStar 新碟的《生於斯》的港女版，「這世界那麼臃腫卻那麼匆匆又沒空隙裝啞扮聾」，與「生於烽煙裡沈默叫囂都被討厭」就是異曲同工。不少香港人基本上就是如此心態，不少人不是不理，但生活同時迫人；同時佔領後港人回復到「正常生活」，面對壓力重重，人人都想離地到太空一下吧。這絕對是香港當代避世之歌，當中林夕用筆亦甚幽默，人人都愛身處在旁若無人的太空吧？

至於結尾《風起了》林夕reference 了王菲的《浮躁》則是開宗明義寄意社會改變的作品，是叫醒沉睡港人之作。「黃葉接近發霉仍舊拒絕飛舞」，到「吹一吹世界有風至有景細賞變數」，更有寄望有實質行動的「待到風起螻蟻起飛乘坐紅葉戰機」。用此風作結實屬聰明，歌曲的短促怪異，略略老土的R&B到副歌的pop rock亦打亂了全碟散慢的節奏，亦寫出了香港現在的「浮噪」狀況，同時為未來的自己到社會都帶出了冀盼改變的希望。

音樂部份淡如水，首首都是單曲是「專輯格式」的未來嗎？

說了那麼多有關歌詞部份，音樂部份這張專輯則明顯走親民大眾化路線，沒有人山人海已幾乎可預料專輯的音樂不會太出眾，確實，這張連【火鳥】及【Home】中少少的edge 亦去掉，加上首首悶蛋大路情歌格局，幾乎上演【Meridian】再版的悶局。幸好，呢一張因為做得慢，做音樂的都是最穩陣的那幾個，雖然全部都generic平庸，但至少在細節位都處理得圓滑上盛，歌曲亦沒有滯悶的情況出現，全部都做到易上口唱得流暢的流行曲。同時像《好不容易遇見愛》的韓式情歌，或《剛剛好》的pop rock 氣質，都算是小小的不一樣了。

專輯另一值得留意的是專輯幾乎每一首作品都變成單曲，雖然這是順應時代趨勢，不少年輕歌手都索性不出專輯了，但如果楊千嬅順應潮流，也未免令人擔心。畢竟楊千嬅一向的賣點都是專輯不過份商業化的side track，這些都是她一直以來音樂出眾的地方，所以她才會開得到Minor Classics ，才會有那麼多樂迷討論及喜愛的空間。當然，派台單曲也不一定要是formulaic 保守公式化的大路歌吧，重點還是要保持創意及edge吧。

主題懷舊，音樂亦懐舊

專輯音樂generic，最出色的要數《最好的債》，雷頌德在傳統情歌上交出了功力，最尾的處理是妙筆。另一首是《沒關係不是愛情》，連綿的字讓楊千嬅再展現像《她成功了他沒有》的細緻肉緊演繹，估計單曲有潛力成為新版《深息》，會是不少樂迷的心頭好。其他的作品都是普普通通，有些是巧妙地在災難中走出來變得可接受的，像是《有過去的女人》再版的《高我》再來極高key 嬌滴滴唱法加上死唔斷氣的ad lib，加上雷頌德極老土的編排，幾乎是A Music 的重演，但死唔斷氣唱法唱唱下又在細緻位又唱出不一樣的層次，再配合藍奕邦的歌詞，又唱得通。

《風起了》簡直是坐過山車，一開始的驚嚇到在第二段開始在那Price Tag-esque的R&B段落上加上Organ 聲墊底的漸入佳境，都是不是沒有想法。《藍與黒》翻版的《房間號碼》在bass的處理及副歌結尾上亦有亮點；陳詠謙的這首「藍與黑」random hook up的延續（乾脆叫做「2046」吧），亦填得出色，副歌的「一深一淺」既幽默亦大膽生動，「繼續」及「進入」亦夠玩味亦留有閱讀空間，是陳歴來最出色的作品吧？

【如果我們都擁有海】是一張意境寬大的流行專輯，有關生死，有關感情，有關自身甚至社會，亦充滿「正能量」及正面的願景。這專輯亦證明做一張平易近人的流行專輯也可以做得細膩到位，亦可在歌詞上大發光彩。這張專輯有點像楊千嬅【Music Box】的取向，大路親民，音樂卻平庸乏味。音樂上，這不是喜歡人山人海或喜歡華星時期的樂迷的楊千嬅，但至少這也不是衰到貼地的A Music 的楊千嬅，音樂認作認真了，每首可成篇，歌詞回復水準，唱也唱得好了，歌者與歌亦合一了。

畢竟，楊千嬅也不是【到此一遊】的楊千嬅的lofi indie 製作，不用再PS 相key 自己到不同地方了，現在的她是著幾萬蚊Gucci 或Loewe 直接到英國影相的級數。原來最愛非愛，沒有最好，沒有最壞——「致敬」也不是最壞，你可以想像其實同689影合照的其實隨時可以是跟同一老闆的楊千嬅。如果沒有致敬，就剛剛好。

（後話，google 了楊千嬅致敬，發現了原來楊千嬅有回應致敬一事，指自己無政治立場，致敬只從感性角度出發，沒想到那麼複雜。圓滑至此，人瑞有法。）

C Allstar生於斯，卻未能活於當下走出時代陰影

C Allstar新碟【生於斯】無可疑問是2015年中最「本土」的一張專輯，不只主題是有關香港，專輯封套的設計更乘著【Cantopopsibility】的出眾，是少有香港街道照，更是最平民熱鬧的「西洋菜街」，而且向Oasis 取經，將in motion 的C AllStar四子blur 掉，單是唱片設計已是香港主流的一陣淸風。

不過，我倒是希望【生於斯】的內容與封套一樣有新意念，整張專輯確實是很本土，亦具很多政治議題，《上車咒》是現實港人買不到樓的寫照，《門常關》是港共政府的獨裁，《后會無期》是寫懷念英女皇時期的殖民地時代，其他作品都是有關香港年輕人的徬徨心境，但，究竟在這些話題上，除了大家已知睇過聽過的無力感及控訴外，C AllStar 告訴了我們什麼？

或者，能寫得出政治現況及處境已是一成就，但叫我難以投入的是全碟歌詞無論是情懷到用字，仍是離不開一貫那種由九十年代尾興起極度感性，自憫自憐，再作自我鼓勵的調調。那種懷念過去的情懷，由楊千嬅、陳奕迅、黃耀明等一早唱過兼變成代言人，C AllStar在【生於斯】中的十二首作品中幾乎沒有唱出任何新的情緒或感情，新世代歌手確實不能再是沉迷在舊時代的情懷當中，這不是懷舊，這是不進則退。

專輯的音樂同樣出現同樣情況，除了《上車咒》及《紅館夢》是a breath of fresh air外，其他作品都像是重聽九十年代尾到二千年頭的唱片的狀況，時像聽楊千嬅、陳奕迅、古巨基、梁詠琪及Swing的致敬，時像聽到對梅艷芳及張國榮的模彷。我不是不知道C AllStar賣的就是懷舊情懷，一直以來就是想包含廣東歌的精華，但一個單位玩了五年出到第六張專輯，卻依然沿著這公式走，向前輩的取經更越來越重——或者他們快將分拆上市，告別C AllStar吧，不然C AllStar的音樂前途真的需要重新思索。

《上樓咒》是整張專輯的亮點，依舊玩Synth Pop 快歌，但On 在填詞及作曲上都交出別具一格的功夫，同時那不斷重覆到玩「咒」的主題都是整張專輯的創意高點。其他音樂上最可取的是《紅館夢》，若然你捱得到那要face palm 自己，是本年度最差填詞之一的歌詞，不然是在整體旋律到編曲都十分成熟到位的作品；向80年代舊日本改編作品取經的《日幕途遠》中那回音重重兼有點爛的結他亦是專輯較新的聲音，而小廣的歌詞亦填出不一樣的氣勢及意境，頗有達明一派時代的歌詞風格。

寫本土不代表就是出色，尤其是用情歌手法，以所謂「擦邊球」的手法寫政治，更覺鈍絀，尤其在我們可以暢所欲言的世代及城市裏，如此明顯又偏要「隱晦」，為乜？這種用愛情作比喻的手法，到今時今日這如此嚴峻的政治氣候中還適用嗎？或者，可以再思索的是，流行音樂，普通的音樂歌詞的格式（畫面語、有限字數及客氣用字與修辭）是否表達政治意見的最佳地方？《門常關》與《后會無期》用肉麻認真的情歌寫法及唱法真的有用嗎？尤其後者更要gimmicky 畫公仔畫出腸地動用簡體的「后」——還是C AllStar是要照顧較年輕幼稚的樂迷？

C AllStar 的政治不僅缺乏了思考、想像甚至討論的空間，除了《上車咒》是最直接最成功表達，其他唱出來亦好像有點空洞，表達得不淸楚，像唱林夕點題的《生於斯》唱到精句「我愛這裡愛憎都可以」，竟然是平白唱過；同時其實這首點題作已寫出了整碟大部份其他的主題及其他所有歌曲的情懐，其他作品都仍然是圍繞著這個主題轉，帶不出新意。

「生於烽煙裡沈默叫囂都被討厭」，明白到歌手在一個不容易的時代生存，像C AllStar 較敢言及有政治表態的歌手做有關政治的音樂似是理所當然。不過，音樂人可以很政治，但不代表音樂主題一定要「政治」，這些在外國無數歌手已有無數例子；「擦邊球」，玩隱喻類比亦不一定要肉麻玩認真情歌，不用愛情同樣亦可以表達政治氣氛及心情的。

這個年代玩音樂特別難，誠然【生於斯】已是近年香港樂壇在主題製作上其中一張最嚴謹認真之作——苛刻或者也只是太焦慮，或對C AllStar 太有要求及希望罷。繼續趕路吧，願斜陽後有晚星無數。

偽碟評︰麥浚龍【Addendum】潮人偽文青姿態下的K歌

其實有錢真係大哂，麥浚龍就係最佳例子。歌藝與外形都沒有優勢，但是就是靠自己用錢捧自己，家族有傳媒優勢而成為了今時今日的潮人指標，變為歌影佳精的才子。

麥浚龍比起一般有錢人不一樣，有別一般暴發戶，他有的是品味，著潮衫睇cult 戲，搵勁監製做好歌，真正上等人的專利。也不是個個有錢有品味的也一樣可以成為潮流教父，取悅大眾。何超儀便是好例證，也淸楚告訴你麥浚龍的成功是靠著多方面配合及計劃的成功生意，絕不簡單。

其實，有錢不是原罪，自己有錢有後台亦不是問題，不過我只是一直不知道麥浚龍的音樂有什麼價值而已。

例如，同樣搵勁監製及音樂人合作，何超儀至少玩rock/punk，擺出不妥協姿態，唱出一些女性自主重一點的歌詞題材，音樂亦不太糖衣，近年亦自組樂團；同樣有錢的陳冠希玩過美式pop㚒rap後亦開始越玩越小眾，同MC 仁玩埋一堆，越來越純hip hop。但係，麥浚龍從來都係唱一d 其實許志安又得蘇永康都得的港式歌曲，只是花心思在編曲及設計身上，製作比起一般製作認真，創意比起一般K歌用功，歌曲主題刻意唱一些空泛宏廣的主題——因為他本身就沒有心聲要唱，不代表任何人——或者代表有錢人罷。竟然，加一些電音元素，這樣又work，終於儲起了一大班樂迷，成為香港樂壇的新音樂良心。

當然，面對一系列粗製濫造的香港流行曲，麥浚龍的明顯是較精的。我亦記得正如蔡德才在訪問講過，最喜歡就是跟麥浚龍合作，因最自由最能試新東西。當然，半杯水，你可以藉此說麥浚龍有多好——但是我則只感到諷刺。

麥浚龍的最佳大碟仍然是【Chapel of Dawn】，這又讓我記起當年在南方都市報的最終評選裏頭，最佳專輯的討論是在於這一張與同年的另一張，我跟另一位音樂評論人前輩異口同聲一起否決這專輯，理由是這專輯沒有獨特性。所謂獨特性，是放眼世界，這張專輯的音樂是否會讓你記得，有沒有一種聲、氣氛及元素是較獨特較原創只此一家？又或是專輯的創意或處理，有沒有什麼新東西帶給我們？我們認為沒有。

麥浚龍若然一直做【Chapel of Dawn】還好，但近多年做的，不過是潮人型囝包裝下的平庸港式流行曲，繼續唱那些刻意虛泛的歌詞。也不是不work的，天時地利人和之下，《弱水三千》就是一絕佳之作，多得馮㯋琪、張亞東及林夕。其他的，是hit or miss，有不錯亦有麻麻地的。只不過，我還是不知道麥浚龍的音樂的價值及獨特性。

再到這一張刻意要取悅大眾的【Addendum】，就更是印證了我的想法。糖衣下的毒藥，概念式EP唱出TVB般的愛情師奶情懷，旋律屬平庸K歌，仲要係一拖拖六集，真正同TVB 一拍要拍幾十隻一樣dum波盅。坦白說，我只聽了一遍便不想再聽，更受不了當中的作狀造作。（Addendum咩o者，聽《羅生門》的樂迷真係會識呢隻字咩？）算我市井一點，我只想講，麥浚龍唱首首歌都一式一樣，冇細緻位冇感情位讀書咁，好催眠；首首歌其實都係靠編曲整色整水，其實同劉浩龍果d 差唔多。唯一起身位真係只有莫文蔚同謝安琪的客串。周國賢作曲的《雷克雅未克》較好，處理上亦算是最特別，係咁啦。

電影不同音樂，電影是集體創作，麥浚龍在電影方面表現明顯很好，才華不錯，他的背景及品味明顯在電影上有很好的貢獻。相反，音樂是關乎歌者的主體，是很跨界別的複雜藝術表達。有錢，或者，能買到好聲及好器材，但絕對買不到好音樂與及音樂的靈魂。

上年有一張廣東專輯是叫我暗暗歡喜，是讓我聽到很久未聽到的香港音樂的活力，應是2000年後香港樂壇最鮮明、最出色的一張debut album。那張專輯是李拾壹的【大膽小鬼】，那個一看就知是彭浩翔手筆的唱片封套很簡單鮮明，既是彭浩翔早期電影封套亦是華星年代的華星三寶的indie印記。專輯的音樂顯出歌者的視野，既有廣東流行樂的神髓，亦有classic rock、pyschedelic rock到brit pop（那些印度元素）及indie pop的元素，整體則像一張很有香港味的二千年頭的brit pop作品，當中的活力及鬼馬更勝很多過份保守的brit pop作品。

第二張專輯永遠是難做的，相隔一年李拾壹帶來【小人物語】，單看那illustration封面就知這是一張很典型的歐美簽了大唱片公司旗下的side label下的那些band 的作品。聽完專輯，我則感到完全失落，因為李拾壹的這張第二張個人專輯墮下了很普遍旳「第二張唱片sophomore」專輯的㢢病，就是因為首張專輯有不錯成績，第二張專輯在音樂上沒有演進，焦點卻放落了在更polished 更成熟的製作production value。更失望的是，不只歌曲質素不及首張，我每每在聽時都有自己在聽何韻詩的錯覺，很保守很平穩；更多的精彩位置落在於歌曲的細微過度處理，這些卻救不到整體旋律平庸及缺乏特色的問題。

首支單曲《難查字》是《自由落體》的續集，繼續著精美的慢歌，依然有點早期古巨基及Rubberband。這次由郭薾多填詞，用繁簡字的問題來寫戀愛，嗯，若然這是一個主流歌手英皇歌手唱都叫做有點新意，但在李拾壹身上則明顯是㚒不來，仍然是很傳統的主流模式。這種「擦邊球式」講政治，好黃偉文，好out 啦大佬。李拾壹是獨立流行歌手，本應是可以自由發聲大膽說政治，那用要這樣將政治撈落戀愛？坦白講，《難查字》郭薾多填得真的很好很用心，但是時勢不同，這種文字小聰明真的out不管效了，這只變成是上一代黃偉文的《北京北角》的老土把戲。這首到喉不到肉，戀愛又不夠細緻，政治又頗左膠，不知怎算。

幸好，同樣直接政治的《十個放火的少年》中，陳心遙的歌詞就對板出色，寫出了佔領時期的現況，亦寫出了「新舊之爭」的矛盾，亦巧妙回應《十個救火的少年》寫出了情況的弔詭。它的出色在於它用其諷刺幽默手法寫出了客觀狀況之餘亦處處嘲笑諷刺。可惜的是玩reggae 的歌曲本身則不太搶耳，加入劉以達的聲演亦做不到達明《十個救火》的鬼馬荒謬的氣氛，旋律的平庸及走向則只像謝安琪那些reggae 作品的程度。

第二單曲《小李》則明顯是《等死》的續集，繼續有neo psychedelic的影響，這次來得更硬橋硬馬的alt. rock 的風範，不過缺乏起伏的旋律要讓作品成為一首搶耳的single則頗有難度，不及《等死》的流麗；音樂編排明顯用足心機，可惜這次要模彷的決心太大，卻令作品過份向「polished」的搖滾作品取向太大，失去了活力及創意。另一問題是林一峰的歌詞的模棱兩可，指向不淸，想寫廢青嗎又不夠中，想寫不關心時事的年輕人又不到題，「小李」的食字亦十分上世紀的遊戲，另一敗筆，好老土。

《波多野結衣》的「毒男」心事寫得得心應手，卻沒什亮點；美麗的管絃編奏chamber pop格局是美麗，但怎聽還是分不淸自己在聽何韻詩還是其他及廣東歌手，太典型「好聽作品」。與Killersoap合作的《下剋上》則很Killersoap 很Beyond 式老土pop rock 風格，嘗試加入一點southern rock, country 元素還是洗不走當中的老氣。兩人的聲音亦聽起來很像，既沒層次亦無火花。主題直接呼應「小人物語」，講出「改革」決心，可是或者觸及的範圍太大的關係，寫起來就是沒有成功把「小人革命」與「政治局面」的現實連結，現在卻只輪為陳腔濫調的「小人物發奮故事」式題材，很可惜。緊接的《Something I want you to know》則基本是延續，更見拖滯。

李拾壹的【小人物語】是見其野心的，主題是想串連個人層面上的「小人」與及在政治社會大環境底下的「小人」主題，可惜結果則是hit and miss，更不少淪為「自我鼓勵」的陳腔濫調，寫不出新意。音樂部份追求的production value 明顯拖累了作品，作品由首張到現在沒有進步，更有太過想追求外國搖滚樂隊的編曲的做法；亦太過主流穩陣格局，各種風格都有，作品都太過保守太過middle of the road同時間又做不到一首搶耳的single。我視李拾壹為可以破舊立新的新世代唱作人，在這張專輯上我則好像看不見首張發光發亮的創作光芒，在歌曲的處理亦不見太多想法及細緻的思考，更有迎向主流傳統模式的趨勢。我想繼續期待，望李拾壹第三張會帶來驚喜。

想起出色的debut 旅行團亦有一張，同時他們的第二張亦是同樣地叫人失望變得保守大器的「五月天」。恰巧地兩個單位都有一個共通字，就是何韻詩。弔詭。

台灣有「宅男歌手」盧廣仲，香港現在也有一位，無論於形象上或歌路上都貼近「宅」的路線，他的名字叫做李拾壹。可是，相比起盧廣仲的「宅」，李拾壹的創作，又多了一種類似「毒L」的本色，在高登、網媒、100毛等「養分」滋潤之下，「毒L」已經不像傳統宅男一樣——「薯頭薯腦」，而是多了一些，能令人會心微笑的機智在內。

對外較為封閉的「毒L」（不善於交際），其內心世界卻可以是很天馬行空的，《小人物語》的第一首《我至叻啊我至醒》，既有著「毒L」的「無厘頭」特質，又有著他們的無聊性；然後第二首《小李》，再次強調「無聊係我絕技」，它的Pop Punk基底風格，體現出「毒L」的「重口味」，跟傳統宅男會用「小清新」的音樂，來勾勒自己的形象不同；而一向給人比較「清新」feel的林一峰，這次寫出的歌詞驟眼看並不夠「毒L」，但或許又暗藏著玄機（詳情請再聽一下尹光的《少理阿爸》），不過即使可以這樣理解，《小李》的詞仍是欠缺驚喜、不夠「啜核」，跟毛記電視《勁曲金曲》的上榜歌曲相比，完全是被比了下去。

有達叔飾演「左膠」的《十個放火的少年》，繼承了《十個救火的少年》之曲風，以懶洋洋的類似Reggae之節奏、歡快的氣氛，去作為一種音樂的諷刺手法，並結合陳心遙出色的詞作，反諷了「和理非非」的妥協，或好比唱K、開Party般的「膠化」抗爭方式。跟著有關最近熱門話題人物的《波多野結衣》，則是對於宅男的寫照，當然歌詞中的「此刻只可單手去擁有」，又是很「毒L」的寫法（如果你還不明白為何是「單手」，證明你很純很天真）；整首《波多野結衣》的最大亮點，是在如春夢一樣的編曲、氣氛鋪陳之下，忽然來了一個Hard disk大爆炸，這一炸，令人從美夢中驚醒，且有承上啟下的意味，叫大家做好跟殘酷現實抗爭的準備。

李拾壹的《小人物語》，從「弱弱智智」或懶理世事（可能是表面上）的《我至叻啊我至醒》、《小李》開跑，至《下剋上》的時候，已經不能再忍受眼前的圍困，「毒L」/宅男都要上街了！歌曲「硬起來」的音樂，帶著不悔向前衝的行動力，而陳樂基和李拾壹的唱腔接近，亦俱抗爭路上會有「千千萬萬個我」的隱含意思（可能我過分解讀了）。接下的《Something I Want You to Know》，繼續滾動著這股熱血，那俱速度、能量與激情的演奏（尤其是最後火力十足的部分），為此專輯帶來了如同看到猛男般的高潮和亢奮！

音樂有收有放的《小人物語》，倒數第二曲是溫柔的《難查字》，這首「認真起來」的作品，結合中文繁體簡體的差異，不僅寫出了情歌較為新鮮的一個角度，也「順道」諷刺了簡體文化和暗批著「退讓」、「退避」的心態（「少一筆，舊事就此少一筆」）。於這個冷漠的社會或時代中，「愛」已經一筆一劃慢慢缺失，童真或抗爭的勇氣亦都如是，李拾壹的《小人物語》至起碼提醒我們還有這些東西存在，並試圖以微弱如一根火柴點起的小人物火光，去喚起那一片森林燃燒般的醒覺。

可遠聽而不可細味的鍾舒漫【True Instinct】

鍾舒漫由初出道開始便已是不少樂迷又愛又恨的單位，她有特別及個性的聲線，但她卻屬於英皇娛樂，那個每個歌手都一模一樣沒有個性沒有內容的流行歌手唱片公廠。原來她2007年已出道，唱了近十年還是唱不到任何代表作，英皇終於畀佢由「純情卓韻芝」樣變成「潮童女生」形象，與細妹鍾舒琪以「日本涉谷潮童」形象出歌，玩無厘頭的青年文化，作品《SS14》除左畀人聽得出係抄外，都算係引起返一d 討論及注意。

不過，鍾舒漫的問題還是「英皇娛樂」這四個字。不要讀任何英皇娛樂的文案，因為讀完，一係會侮辱你智慧，二來亦係侮辱香港人的智慧。年輕人可以很簡單很玩樂主義很嬉皮笑臉，但不代表是白癡沒有智慧的，英皇娛樂的問題就是這樣，那些文案讀完你會覺得只要是中學生也會覺得寫那條友是有問題。

正如《SS14》一曲中，歌詞可以在當時全球在「依波拉」的恐慌中用「依波拉」來做噱頭、hookline，就知道整件事是如何反智。

鍾舒漫這張向80年代致敬的【True Instinct】亦然，先不要說「又玩80年代？」，係，香港樂壇玩來玩去都係80年代，由楊千嬅【電光幻影】開始玩左十年多到何韻詩陳奕迅到人人都話要玩80年代，但佢地的80年代來來去去都只係new wave synth pop那種聲，乜80年代真係得咁架咋咩？吳雨霏早前的【艷羨】未又係玩80年代致敬，至少佢玩disco及R&B，這張【True Instinct】則又是陳奕迅《重口味》帶來的影響吧。

【True Instinct】最可取之處是整張EP 均是舒舒漫作曲，而《改潮玩代》與及《聚光燈》的八十年代new wave 雖然又係玩來玩去都係果野同聲，但在廣東歌的系譜上還是做得對板成功的，鍾的旋律其實亦有自己一套，前者的旋律走向及key設定的東????味是不錯的；後者的旋律其實是上盛的，林寶的歌詞亦幫鍾舒漫爭取了一點分數，若然在vocal及mastering 上不那麼單調乏味的話或可成佳作。

至於其餘兩首則可謂是大災難，《自信足爭》的R&B是拉牛上樹，亂咁來；《沉默的對話》則是惡趣味當有趣。

再睇【True Instinct】的MV，你見鍾舒漫真係好努力，但這亦是叫人覺得唏噓的地方，好似《改潮玩代》的MV，她學陳奕迅玩80年代造型加那些惡頂舞，混入韓風式少女風味，哇，呢d 唔係幽默唔係好笑唔係型，係好cringeworthy 好惡頂呀。玩幽默是需要很多功力，亦是很危險的，因為當你幽不到默，整件事只會變成是徹底災難。年輕人無傷大雅的幽默趣味其實有時蠻好笑，若然玩那些幽默的人真的是十幾歲的後生仔及佢地真係好笑的話。

陳奕迅真的曾是音樂指標及是香港音樂的良心來的，但真是對不起，由英皇加入新藝寶後【What’s Going On…?】近十年的陳奕迅，已不再是當年的陳奕迅，不是悶就是悶，這種悶有幾個層次的，一是音樂性的悶，二是歌詞主題的悶，三是唱來唱去都是一樣的東西的悶——不過，最要命的是，是歌者唱出無物的問題。

早說過，陳奕迅的碟名一直都有暗示陳奕迅的迷惘，由「怎麼樣」到「What’s Going On…?」到「然後呢」等等都是陳奕迅最誠實的音樂心情寫照。也不記得多少次，聽陳奕迅的新碟總有種意興闌珊的感覺，總覺得陳奕迅要收爐的感覺——若然他真的收山或減產就多好了。這種感覺在早初還是能夠傳遞得真摯，那種對生活的反思及對人生前路的不安感還是能夠成立，像【不想放手】便是其中一張較出眾的唱片，而當中的情感是複雜及有趣的。不過，重重複複近十年，還是老調常談，這只變成是歌者越唱越空洞，音樂靈魂早已熄滅無光的表現。

現在的陳奕迅的問題是他唱不出任何人的聲音，沒有性格沒有個性沒有追求沒有信念，中產豐盛人生又不敢歌唱人生美好的快樂，又偏想繼續保持著那種與草根基層的「屋村你住哪一坐」的聯繫——其實這聯繫由一開始已知道是phoney 不誠實的，陳奕迅那是屋村仔？呃得一時呃不到一世，今日【準備中】封面一樣那個迷惘樣，由現以「袁兩半」之名落筆的潘源良主理全張碟歌詞，用舊拍擋Jim Lee, 劉志遠及Eric Kwok 等去做「懷舊音色」，長話短說，用林夕的歌詞最能概括

即使再見面成熟地表演不如不見

陳奕迅尋根找回自己的pop rock root 找Jim Lee及劉志遠的做法，這廿年間其實已做過無數次，這次廿年後再來，便令到這個曾經我最喜愛的音樂組合完全outstayed its welcome。這次劉志遠及Jim Lee做的東西基本上與以前一模一樣，pop rock 加入一點懷舊音色，但歌詞與旋律卻完全是以前的至少六七折。坦白講，尋回原音第一次是精彩及叫人興奮，十幾年內做幾次就只是不思上進，最好收爐。

全碟沒有亮點，主打歌《無條件》是Eric Kwok 《當這地球沒有花》的姊妹作，潘源良的歌詞亦似有刻意回應，寫出了一個這個「無條件的單戀」一個完美結局，用字的抽離及力度，亦呈現出八十年代歌詞莊重、誠實的美學，在歌詞編上都是全碟最上盛之作。如果全碟只是一張單曲，也其實蠻特別及有紀念意思。不過還是那句，還是情作怪，這麼多年這麼多情歌，我們真的有那麼多情那麼多愛？

其他歌，也不用多說了，《一個靈魂的獨白》AGA的旋律平平無奇，是挑戰忍耐力不熄機的作品；謝霆鋒的《起點.終點》像是學生哥作品，兩頭不到岸；Eric Kwok 配張子堅的那些作品就是完全的Cafe music，沒有亮點沒有個性，是典型ok 好聽舒舒服服但過耳即忘的美學，《心燒》reference The Carpenters再在chorus突然轉調，變成是日本80年代玉置浩二等作品的走向，算是有點特別。整體來說，曲子聰的旋律較出色，《黑洞》會是喜歡80年代流行曲的朋友的心頭好。其他Jim Lee監製的那些作品都是Jim Lee及陳奕迅舊作的重複再重複。

都是那句，廿年歌者生涯走到這個唱出的一字一句皆空洞無物，真的是可惜——又或者只是聽歌的我grow apart而已。對陳奕迅有無條件的愛及容忍的樂迷可能仍會覺得這張是一張耐聽專輯。當然，要讚不是沒有東西可讚的，例如陳奕迅仍是對專輯製作的統一性有高度要求，會肯將工作交給一兩個製作人去包辦全碟，又例如陳奕迅肯做不是「最商業」的流行大碟等等，都是可以讚的，只要嫌讚了十幾年仍未讚夠的話。
