陳奕迅會在十月前推出最新國語專輯， 將會與黃丹儀、陳小霞、Jim Lee、曲世聰 、陳奐仁、何丙及Adrian Fu等人合作。其中《孤獨患者》由方大同作曲，小寒填詞，Edward Chamn及Charles Lee編曲。《哎呀咿呀》由小克填詞周國賢作曲，另一首《看穿》是藍又時的創作，均有粵語及國語版本。
