台灣博客林貓王在其面書指出台灣新電影【女朋友。男朋友Gf*Bf】裏頭一首作品《青春無敵》與英國組合The Big Pink的《 Velvet》十分相似。

由鍾興民主理的《青春無敵》無論intro的節拍用聲及氣氛都就像是一個粗製版的《Velvet》，主旋律都有接近的傾向。我們還不確認電影方面有沒有買《Velvet》的版權，但在youtube裏已可見到不少抄襲指控，例如zatti08 這樣寫道

催生??致敬??抄襲就抄襲，哪來這麼多事後無意義的說嘴，採譜­高明成這樣有付過原作曲人版稅嗎？沒有的話就不用講那麼多問心有­愧的新聞稿說詞。

當然，亦有人認為這不過是致敬作品吧，因為聽聞這首歌的「催生」是因為張孝全喜歡The Big Pink的《Velvet》所以推薦給鍾興民。你又認為催生一說合理嗎？你又認為喜歡一首作品就等如將一首作品「粗略複製」當致敬嗎？

當然，鍾興民老師其實在這種「抄襲案」上早有前科，在黃韻玲《關於愛的兩三事》涉抄襲The Kings of Convenience 一事上表達過這些將風格複製的做法「不是抄襲」，只是音樂人用其音樂知識將一些偉大作品好好利用。你又認同這種說法嗎？

又或者鍾興民這一次會再一次跟指責他抄襲的朋友這樣說吧？
