幾經思量，寫盧廣仲【100種生活】這張專輯，應盡量精簡以配合這張專輯平實生活化的風格。

早在【早安晨之美】單曲時介紹過這位在陳綺貞口中「真了不起」的傢伙—盧廣仲，在【100種生活】裏依然有收錄這首聽得人迎面春風的作品，而專輯整體的風格也大抵是這樣，由鍾成虎作專輯製作人甚至出品人，採用樂手同步現場錄音的方法錄製，沒有多得壓死人的樂器運用，主要是結他貝斯與鼓，再配合得宜的拍手與和音，所以專輯聽起來平和親民得像在聽盧廣仲的現場表演。

一有虎就離不開綺，陳綺貞除了為《好想要揮霍》填詞外，專輯的攝影也是她負責，難怪，Lomo的攝影風格，亦確實很配合這位拿著結他的短褲少年。而聽盧廣仲又真的會聽到陳綺貞的味道，可能是盧廣仲都擁有陳綺貞的創作能力︰寫出平易近人而不乏細密情感的旋律，而且實在某些旋律很有陳綺貞的女生情懷，《100種生活》旋律的情懷有否讓你想起《小步舞曲》？靜下來的慢版抒情的《好想要揮霍》有否喚起《慢歌3》？

那打個比喻，如果陳綺貞的歌曲是多愁善感的散文，那盧廣仲肯定是正直青春無敵的傻氣日記。盧廣仲的歌詞很誠實，那種來自生活的共鳴，有點似看《櫻桃小丸子》中的樂趣，好像他經歷的，我都有經歷過一樣，像《無敵鐵金鋼》中以「無敵鐵金鋼」來說出對自己未來的祈望，那份童趣便寫得特別窩心。

當然，盧廣仲並非那些被「陳綺貞化」又或是過份被企劃的歌手，他展現的是屬於他絕對的自信、熱情與音樂個性。而且，有份參與編曲工作的他，音樂除了民謠外，還可以聽得出爵士、藍調甚至gospel的影響，令他寫的旋律與演唱法既符合主流要求的「標準動聽」外更有他明確的signature，《別殺我》一曲便像是將整張專輯的精華聚集在一起，旋律的走向跳脫卻流暢，編曲在簡約中卻加入了創意，敲擊樂部份那個像茶餐廳裏叮叮的音色有畫龍點睛的功用。

【100種生活】中，鍾成虎應該是做了一個很稱職出色的製作人，令盧廣仲可以唱得如此自在，令這張專輯可以這麼誠實地好聽感人。
