接近三十個台灣樂團在七月一及二日參加了由角頭音樂主辦的海洋大賞會前賽，還沒有完，七月廿一至廿三日，海洋人民音樂祭正式開鑼！音樂祭分三個不同主題，分別為熱浪搖滾舞台、草根部落舞台及唯一已公佈表演名單的碧海藍天舞台，暫時陣容包括張懸、張震嶽and Free9、城市之光、1976、圖騰、Mc HotDog 以及來自日本的雅。夏日炎炎，不妨到海邊聽聽音樂消暑一下。
