正在為【72家租客】電影拍攝的張學友明年初將會推出各粵語與國語兩張全新專輯，兩張均為唱片張學友均擔任監製位置，不再參與創作。經理人陳淑芬透露張學友原已錄好九首作品，但卻臨時棄用其中六首，令發行日期延遲。
