近日側田被問及《超級巨聲》飽受批評一事，他先力撐劉美君主持做得好，然後直言亞視《亞洲星光大道》做得好好，尤其是評判部份，被報紙指他倒無綫米。

他表示特別喜歡肥媽及周國豐當評判，前者一針見血，後者有話直說。他亦坦然不知道有傳森美小儀被請來救節目一事，他只表示希望可以繼續於決賽時擔任《超級巨聲》評判。
