澳門組合Soler與前經理人就合約問題打官司被判敗訴，須賠償500萬元，Soler欲提出上訴，並希望聘曾用代表陳振聰的英國御用大律師Ian Mill作代表律師，卻被高院首席法官馬道立拒絕，指涉案的法律原則並不複雜，香港大狀可以應付。
Soler前經理人「蜂鳥音樂」指Soler不合理地離開公司，原本要求Soler賠償2400萬元，但法官為Soler估值，認為只要賠償500萬元。現時Soler已轉投BMA唱片公司。
